Annoyed with lack of access to a live person or representative of Skype. I don't use Skype often so remembering passwords is a bit of a challenge. I cannot remember my password or associated email account for y Skype account so unfortunately, I feel quite "stuck". I do not like companies without a proper customer service phone number. Its not convenient nor of use to the customer to have to go through a million and one online web pages just to attempt to solve Skype issues. smh

I have not been able to sign into Skype for about 2 months now,
Check your records, maybe even longer.
Yet another payment was deducted out of my bank account.
Every time I attempt to change the password and there after sign in, I am prompted back to get another code and change the password AGAIN
WTF, Really WTF
Why am I being charged for something that I cannot even F...in use?
no customer service phone numbers available.
I cant even sign in to ask a question.
What kind of company doesn't even have a phone number?
Very unpleased with Skype

serious - I want to close an old practice/proxy account but can't. I have to replace the old software with a new version then log in just to delete the stupid thing. If there was a hell the people who invented faceless nil public contact companies should die soonest - ditto the companies that adopted this poxy practice.

I have purchased the worldwide calling for a 3 month period 39.99 then renewable but I STILL GET BILLED 14.99 every week why is that I have already paid for 3 months in advance. I am getting double billed here please fix this and let me know thank you

I just registerd my account with you and for some reason I was charged $10 three times on my credit card. Can somebody explain? The first time I gave my card information I received a massage that it didn't go through so I did it again. I don't know if I did something wrong because it was confusing for me to follow the instructions. Thanks! codes are ery hard for me to identify!!qw

Im facing problem in sending files pics etc to my friends as well as qhen im going to use skype with airtel Internet it will not working but if ill use Skype by vodafone Internet it eun very easily but therough vodafone internet im not able to send videos msgs,file's and pics etc my net is working properly. ..help me in this matter asap

I am really disappointed in this sit e's tactics, they have all of this reading material that people are not interested in reading first after they have spent their money, your site makes it hard to just find a customer service number to speak with alive body/ voice to help with things, when you don't have all this time to go thru all of the reading materials.. just want a phone number for my reference.

I am dissatisfied with this service in that my account was recently debited by this company using the auto recharge. I immediately terminated this service, and the subcription and requested a refund. I havent gotten a response and observed that a nominal service fee was also debited from my account. Someone from this company needs to contact me and return the funds that were debited from my account.

The message center is asking after 4 rings with out answering "Why did you call!"and hanging up on people calling me.What the hell? Was it hacked? Very rude,if this is not fixed soon I will quit with skype.

I was charged 2 times by skype $10 and $13.99 on my credit card. i had a 30 day free trial. i never used it. i made sure to cancell it brfore the 30 days were up and skype had already charged my account twicw before the 30 day period expired. I NEVER USED IT NOT ONCE AND I CANCELLED IT BEFORE 30DAY TRIAL ENDED. WTF i disputed the charges with cc. but where the heck is a skype rep. i must dispute it with them too.

I reciently purchased the unlimited calling plan for $2.99 to call canada. When will my next bill be due and how can i cancelle if i need to. This plan will always be $2.99 RIGHT?

I need to to chat with skype customer. They are making me irritated by saying my subscription will be cancelled next month despite having 8 more months after taking full payment of that unlimited premium. And they have't kept any option to contact with them. How weird their system is. I need an explanation please.

I am unable to make voice call through my skype id eventhough automatic recharge was done on 26/Jun/2014 i am having balance 19.99$.
But when i was making call its showing insufficient balance.
kindly arrange rectify/activate the same to unable me to make voice call without any hazards.

I have problem in my skype when calling I cant hear nothing not even the ring tone, but when incoming call comes i can hear the incoming call tune but other than that cant hear nothing even the test call in skype dosent works please help me
