hi, I just purchased a Sharp led tv from a dealer and i suspect that the tv was not brand new. Is there a way to find out the running hours of the tv? thanks

We are having a problem with reception,can't really see the picture. We have hooked up another tv to the cables and it works perfectly, so we know it is not our cable hookup.. We can play DVD's on the tv and they have a beautiful picture, just can't use it as a tv and we don't need a dvd player.

Will never buy another Sharp product !!! Bought a 42 inch tv for my daughter. Within 6 months the screen went blank She spoke to a technician eho walked her through problem shooting. It was determined that it needed serviced through an "authorized dealer" Unfortunately an authorized dealer was 100 miles away. They woild not authorize a technician to come to the home because it wasn't over 45 inches. Funny thing, it says nothing about that in the written warranty. This means thar she would have to travel a total of 400 miles approximately $50 to get it fixed, not including her time and wear and tear onher car. After numerous calls, they agreed to send a box to her to ship it by Fed ex back to them. However yhe box is huge and tv to heavy for her to carry it down 2 flights of stairs by herself. Fed ex will pick up but no t until next week. Remember, this tv is only 6 months old. Horrible experience. Don't buy SHARP EVER.....

My 60 inch aqueous LCD TV sucks most times it won't turn on not with the remote or power button. Also the sound goes and you must change channels to get it to work.trying to get help or answeres is impossible. It seems they know there product sucks and don't want to deal with it.

do not buy as sharp tv AQUOS they are
a piece of junk. Sound go's and come's
now the picture will go off for a couple of seconds and come back on

Very bad customer service , I called for to help setting tax rate , they wanted to charge $20.00 for their nonsense insturactions.

I don't think I could give this one star !!! I just got my vacuum cleaner last night and this morning I started to put it together. There was no manual, and also some other things were missing. I called the customer service center and the girl said she would email me the Manuel. When I went to get the manual it wouldn't let me get to where I was suppose to be. It said "page not found"..so I called back and was told I would have to pay $4.95 for a manual. I told her I would take the vacuum back and she didn't care. She was told she had to charge $4,95 for a manual no matter what!! It's not her fault, but the company's fault!

I have a sharp air conditionar model no - XP13NRV. I purchase it from khosla electronics nagerbazar dated 21/09/2013. Acording to sharp commitment three free sevice will be given by them but unfortunately only two service they gave me but the third service which is very important still I not get IT. but when I contact the local sharp center & the shop they tele me the due date is over.I can"t avail this free service I have to pay rs 550. But before the due date they not intimate me by phone or sms . it is vey unfortunate.I request the Managing Director please take the serious step in this regard.

Ref: A long conversation with a Sharp Customer Service Rep. yielded no real approach to solving my problem.



The owners manual that came with our LC52D,etc. television had instructions for setting up the optical digital audio output. The menu as presented by the firmware did not include these directions.



My consultation with the Sharp (ironic name) rep did not help: he wasn't able to offer an updated firmware that included the instructions in the manual, and did tell me how to otherwise get an optical out put from the TV. To his credit, he was very patient with my severe hearing loss.

I have a Sharps AQUOS LC-52LE830U TV.

I'm would like to know why, on only one channel, every once in awhile, the sound goes haywire. It sounds like they are talking in an echo chamber, and one cannot understand a single word being said.

However, if I change channels and come back to it, it seems to go away. If that don't work, I unplug the TV, wait a short time, plug it back in, and it seems to correct the problem.

Related to the above problem is the sound. On ocassion when this occurs the sound will go completely out. It can't be adjust no matter what I do. Once again, if I unplug the TV, wait a short time, it seems to correct the problem.

I would like to know if this is normal or just a quirk with this TV. Or if I am doing something wrong. I would really like to know. I have alot of faith in the Sharp products.

I am an owner of multiple sharp products including cash registers that I buy often for my business. I called cust service today and felt the service was terrible. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 20mins and then I was Hung up on. I'm an extremely dissatisfied customer and I feel I was handled with complete disregard. Never Buy Sharp Product. Specially Refrigerator. I Have Send This Product In Their Service Center Three Times In Just 4 Months. All The Things I Kept Into It, They Just Gone. After Sending To Service Center They Don't Care. If I Call Them To Know The Delivery Date, Everyday They Tell Me That Today We'll Send It. But That Today Does Never Come.
1. Sharp Product Is Bad.
2. Sharp Customer Care Feed Back Is Very Bad.
So Before Buying A Sharp Product, Think It Again- Do You Have Enough Time Or Patience To Be Experienced Of This Same Things After Buying A Sharp Product By Your Own Money.

The only Customer service that exists at Sharp Call Center is the Service the Customer does on Sharps behalf - all information goes into the call centre .... obviously none is assimilated or acted upon ...

me too ive purchased a sharp tv 32 inches and have a factory defect on lcd i report the problem to sharp service center since october until now the replacement for lcd did not come,how can we be a good costumer to a sharp when they didnt be a good manufacturer,until now still waitng for a response from sharp center iloilo

They were awesome! It's a great product, the 800 number was easy. Had to call back after I changed the security seeing on my router. They picked right up where we had left it of and problem solved!

Terrible. Very difficult to reach a live person. There is no prompt for customer service when using the 1-800-be sharp number.

I have a Sharp 70in HDTV connected to a NAD 757 V2 via HDMI. The connection runs from the HDMI-1 ARC port of the TV to the Monitor out HDMI port of the NAD.

I configured Aquos Link Control as On, Auto Power On as Yes, and Audio Return Channelmas Auto. On the NAD 757 V2, I set ARC Mode to Auto, with Power Off to On, Source Switch to On, and Audio System to On under the HDMI CEC. Auto Standby is also On.

Well, when running an App on the TV, like Netflix, the NAD displays "Source 1 HDMI ARC" and the sound on the TV goes null (i.e., no sound).

Has anybody tried Sharp Acquos Link and ARC with a NAD 757 and if so, how did you get it to work?

I have a Sharp 60" T.V. purchased last year! The main boad went out under warranty and was replaced by Pinnacle Service! The main board again has failed a second time and nobody has these boards in stock and they tell me the may be out of production, period! I called this Sharp service tech number and the tech told me he couldn't produce these main boards out of thin air, as they too, do not have any in stock! Not to happy with Sharp right now!!!These boards must be defective and should be replaced for free or at least kept in stock!

Called to replace a remote control device that the dog somewhat destroyed. Talked with Katherine in Illinois and was able to relace the remote quickly and was left very satisfied as for the entire experience.

Great customer service. Though the operator didn't know how to deal with my wifi issue he took the time to ask around and eventually found the problem. I can deal with a 10 minute call.

I purchased a Sharp television, model 19k M100 approximately 15 years ago, and lost the remote control. I subscribe to fios cable attached to the set and vcr/dvd comb and accidently changed the channel manually and lost the picture to enable the cable to function. I cannot channel surf back to channel 3, because the lowest number is 6 what can I do?
