I purchased a 60" Sharp Aquos in July 2010 and yesterday evening and this morning could get sound but no picture. I called Verizon FIOS and they claimed it was the television. I called Sharp and the techs walked me through a troubleshooting which showed it was not the TV at all. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I was tremendously relieved to discover that it was not my TV. And am extremely grateful for your help.

First Contacted them on June 20th that my 60 inch aquos tv had a problem and yet here it is almost in August and my tv still isnt working. How long should a person be forced to wait. Sharp has continually drug their feet and I am appalled at the level of service I have seen throughout this ordeal. I can assure you that I am telling everyone about this fiasco and I will never for the rest of my life purchase anything with the Sharp name. They should be ashamed.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service i received today. The employee I spoke with was incredibly friendly, patient and best of all, solved my problem! I got on the phone with a live person in a matter of seconds (maybe a minute) who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have a LCD 46 (LC46LE810UN) and had a communication failure with ATT box on HDMI cable. The fix you put on my TV worked perfectly.

The man i spoke with through calling customer support was more than helpful. Got my problem fixed and he knows what hes doing. I want to acknowledge his perfect work so my name is Jutsus Patrick and i called at 11:34 am, sunday the 23rd. My problem was with the audio on my aquos lcd tv. i hope you can look that up and give him the credit he deserves.

Support for office products terrible -- no service center in the San Francisco Bay area (AL-1551CS copier/scanner/printer, discontinued model). No email support, web site with parts listings or sales. Paper jams due to take-up rollers, haven't found a dealer yet who stocks them. Dealer here in SF Bay stopped servicing Sharp almost 2 years ago, yet Sharp still referring customers to him after repeated requests to stop. Pathetic.

TRASHED THE SHARP in exchange for a Samsung 63" plasma 8000 series. Only costed a few hundred more with four year coverage. SAMSUNG will be delivered 1/8.

Best buy had no problem with this as the Geek Squad home visit accomplished nothing accept the technician calling Sharp to discuss recieving a confirmation that the two system in most cases, ARE NOT COMPATABLE and NOTHING is being addressed at this time to fix the problem.

Sharp never again!

Bought a Sharp 60LE920 on 12/31/10 from Best Buy.

This Sharp unit does not interface with U-verse set top box unless the U-verse box is restarted when using HDMI or component hook ups. U-verse box does work with other sets in the household using HDMI.

U-verse says it's Sharps problem. Geek Squad can't figure it out. The Sharp representaive this morning says it's a U-verse problem and has no alternative fix. He acknowledged that this problem between these two units has been an issue since early 2010.

Funny, the first Sharp representative on 1/3 hung up when I mentioned this combination.

I'm very disappointed that Best Buy did'nt mention this well known problem at the point of sale.

Set will go back for refund this week. I will never buy a Sharp product again.

DO NOT BUY A SHARP 60LE920UN IF YOU HAVE U-VERSE.

purchased portable a/c CV-10-MH cost over $400 not 2 months ago. Won't cool a little 10X15 room; suppose to cool 400-500 sq ft area. Finally after 10-15 tries got thru to their customer service number listed on the manual. Told me I needed to contact their service center aqt 877-550-0341 and schedule service. Well, that company does NOT service my area and could not tell me who did, just call back to Sharp. Of course now I get no answer.

Sharp's customer service line is the bane of my existence. I hate them all. Absolutely horrible. I will never buy a Sharp product and I despise that the fact that work requires me to call for technical assistance.

We will never buy another Sharp product again. Our LC-42D65U TV is only a year and a half old and no longer works. Apparently, nobody at Sharp can help us or point us in the right direction for help. The custumor service representative with whom we spoke was extremely rude, did not seem to care about the problem we are having, and even told me that "I was wasting his time and my time". Seriously? Buyer beware.

I luv the 65" sharp Aquos. the rebate however from the Budbowl in Feb. may have been a scam. There was a $300 rebate. They wanted the original upcs. I sent in the originals and now they say they never got the originals. How am I supposed to resubmit the originals if I already sent them? They won't accept copies I kept. Sharp says that it is a third party advertiser and they can't do anything about it. Duh...they are using your name! You are responsible if you agreed. They denied my claim. I can't trust a Sharp product any more if they can't stand up to their rebates.

Your website, much like your products, is useless. Why does my brand new, so-called region free DVD player give me a region error message when this player was bought in the US and I am trying to play a US region movie? Why does your FAQ section not address this matter? Who do I speak with to address matter since your tech support does not seem to follow your advertised office hours? Why, when I finally got through to somone, did they have no clue what I was speaking about and disconnected me?

Have you ever heard of false advertising?

Thank you for ruining Christmas.

I really hate Sharp and will NEVER buy another of your products.

I have a 65inch LCD TV I bought in September '09. I noticed banding and horizontal bars on the screen. I started a case with Sharp on a Wed., they sent a repair tech on Fri., and with a followup call the following week it was determined that they would replace my 65" TV. Not only are they shipping me a new replacement TV, but will be sending me their newest version as mine is discontinued. Nothing but AAA++ service from Sharp. Excellent customer service and communication! Thank goodness for warranties!

I bought a Sharp tv for my parents for Christmas and have had nothing but trouble w/it. When I called sharp customer service the person I spoke with was very rude and insolent. They refused to help me. To anyone who reads this and is considering buying a sharp product-don't. They do not stand behind their merchandise. I will never again purchase anything w/the Sharp tradmark

I have had an open case with Sharp for the past 3 weeks on a faulty television I purchased from them. (The set is 5 weeks old). I was just informed that they won't do a thing about it and that there were no managers working that I could speak to.

Tried to call Sharp's 1-800 number at 10:20AM EST (Which would be 9:20AM CST). Concering a repeating problem with one of their products.

Their home page indicates that their hours of opperation for Saturday are 9:00AM to 7:00PM....I kept getting disconnected

The guy who helped me didn't help me at all. I had a simple question and I don't even think he was looking at the same CD player I was. I told him I couldn't see what he was talking about nor could my mom because I was trying to reset my CD player. So he basically blew me off and told me to go someplace an hour away from here to get my CD player fixed. I think it could have easily been fixed if there was someone else to help me. Now I have to figure out what I am going to do.
