Kindest customer service rep EVER on the chat line at Overstock.com - Her name was Kaylee and she was totally helpful and polite. Also, she knew her stuff. Didn't have to wait three minutes between Q and A either. She was right there with the answers .... great service and great company

The Staff is very rude no customer service skills at all , does not return calls after you speaks with them on a matter and the manager is very smart and disrespect at the Overstock store in Lanham MD

terrible custemer care center cant get acct number and address to mail money..,sounds simple.. will,not give me an answer. I just want to make a payment, they dont knoe the answers to really tough questions.. they will be happy to send you some where else 5 times

Over stock just need to make it easy to add a comment about the item you buy. I have been trying to add a comments for over in hour. And the help center wasn't helpful..

I am trying to order three items & have them shipped to a DPO mailing address. I received a message saying these items cannot be shipped to my DPO address. This should not be the case. DPO addresses are domestic, diplomatic mailing addresses. I will try phoning to place my order with a customer service representative.

Called the 800 # when my order confirmation wasn't received.
Your Rep, "Tiffany" found that I had misspelled my own e-mail (?)
and it could not be corrected (Guys, work on that !) but she made
a temporary override so I could receive the confirmation and will
do the same with the tracking number when available. I stopped
stressing out immediately. Excellent !! Also - my call was answered
in less than a minute on a Friday evening, and we were done in 5.
Only complaint was in finding the number to call. Not on web-site.

overstock is most annoying. I purchased a ring and had to return it. now every day all day the ring plus a few other appear in my email. over and over again. please stop.

Purchased a watch in early march. Still didn't recieve it in may. Aways get all my packages from all companies except overstock. Don'T PURCHASE FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS.

I'm currently a week into trying to return an oversized rug that arrived, without signature required, ripped through the packaging and damaged. Still no word on what to do with this 90 sq ft torn up monstrosity.
Simultaneously, I have a missing UPS claim in progress, as the second of two overstock.com rugs just never arrived. It was shipped over a week and a half ago, simply disappeared en route.

Worst customer service EVER. So, don't by rugs online from overstock.com!

I needed to return an item, I paid for a shipping label which I never recerved. I mailed this pakage on my own and paid additional postage. Accoring to tracking information, the item was received by you on 1/21/14. I have still have not received a refund or any communication reguarding this matter. Karen, Florida

I Bought many iNYems from overstock including an oversized mahogany desk and never had any problems with any of my orders. everything went as planned and all deliveries came on time and condition. so far no problems and I plan to keep on using overstock.

I placed an order for a grey chair with overstock and a black chair was delivered. Due to the way the packaging the info indicating the color was at the bottom of the packaging it wasn't until the chair was taken out of the box and ready to be thrown out was it noted that the grey black, as well as the packaging marked black . I am appaled that I paid for a grey chair but had to settle for a black chair because there is no way I would be able to repackage the chair and have ups pick it up. Not that easy. But I am stuck with a chair that I paid quite a bit for. I truly believe that I am a victim of bait and switch. In fact the grey chair was never in stock so just send me anything knowing that once the package is open, it was not going to be returned. I am a very unhappy consumer at this point. Plan to never buy overstock

I'm returning a duvet cover that didn't match what I thought it would. I understood that ups was suppose to pick this up at my residence at 9:00 on March 25th

2013. However no one showed up and I had this

package already to go plus the fee for the pickup.

Now I'm not sure if I have to take it to a ups store

or what. I'm confused.




What am I suppose to do??

I've had pleasant experiences with overstock.com. I ordered a hair blow drier and asked them if it was possible to return it beyond the allotted time for returns. It was a unique situation and the customer service rep listened to me and was very accommodating!

I returned a Discovery Backyard all cedar Swing set around Nov. 27th. When the delivery company called to set up the delivery, I asked them to send it back as things had changed and I couldn't put it in the backyard. They said they would call and have it picked up. I haven't heard anything since and was wondering how long returns take to process. Thank you, Judy Scott

There is a package sent through the PO that never arrived.

The customer service rep told me he would report it to the police and they would search my house -- and that if any of us had it we would be found GUILTY!

How bizarre is that!

With the job market like it is, I'm sure there is someone else who could do his job
better, and told the supervisor so.
I doubt they'll refund my money though, like Amazon does immediately or replaces the item.

All I can say is.. NEVER buy a refurbished Nook from them! I bought mine.. Only to get it and would not let me register! Called and find out it's blacklisted! WTF?! How could you sell someone a black listed item?!
And then, I get no special 1day shipping or anything to send back or for a new one sent to me.. VERY upset.. And VERY disappointed.. I will NEVER EVER buy from Overstock again..

This is about Overstock Customer Service- my son's wife just died leaving him with two small children-and our grandson's birthday is just after the memorial- I ordered something he wanted very much- a small die cast model of the Wright Brothers plane-the Wright Flyer- twice they sent me the wrong item, and no time to try a third attempt, so I was unable to take him the one little thing he requested. A little toy to them was a huge thing to this little boy. I am heartbroken I can't fix it and they would not.

I ordered a Faux Leather Futon Sofa Bed for my guest room. UPS delivered it with a big gaping hole that was the size of a basketball. The sofa bed was ruined. I called ups...they filed a claim...told me to contact overstock. I called, and was pleasantly surprised. They are shipping a new one out now. Right now. I should have it in a week. Great customer service, pleasant person. WOW! Love that!
