I have an LG l45c serial number is 110 cytb 01370 Everything is overloaded and shutting down I'm losing all my username my passwords everything is disconnected I can barely text or I have been working on it all day since early this morning I am unable to get it fixed email or click on icons
It Has Been Good For A Number Of Years Of Service On Virison Towers Ordered A New Phone Told Them I Did Not Want A Sim Card Phone Guess What Got My New Phone Today It Has A Sims Card I Caled Net 1o Want Change Out My Phone. No One Understand Me. So Next Week I Am Going Back To Virison Did Not Want To But Net 10 Has Gave Me No Choise'
When I activated my new phone, I spoke with two representatives. First one, I, was on phone for 55 minutes, WITH NOTHING ACCOMPLISHED. He tried to set up my account twice, HE SAID THEY DIDN'T GO THRU, THERE WOULD BE NO BILLILG. after BRING TOLD by this fellow of a computer "ERROR" , he turned the call oveR to ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE, AND ALL THE STANDARD QUESTIONS BEGAN AGAIN. ULTIMATELY.......HE ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD ONLY BE BILLED AND FOR $34.05 THIS ONE TIME ( I had a 10% discount for signing up!!!!!) On my credit card statement, I was billed, all on august 25th 3X's for $39.05 THIS MATTER NEEDS YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION, OTHER WISE I SHALL GO THRU MY CARD HOLDER. AND BETWEEN THE TWO CALLS I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR 82 MINUTES !!!!!!!!
They are the worst phone company possible. They say my minutes are on my phone but my phone still says that I need to add the minutes. They have terrible customer service, can hardly understand them and they just lead you in one giant circle. Net 10 should fix these problems immediately or I'm finding a different phone provider. This never happened before with my old phone.
I am very displeased with this service. I was told I would get help with a card that was purchased and that it can be used for another planned but when I called back I was told something different. I should've never purchased this phone or service. I just lost my money and no one cared. I won't tell anyone to use this service with a bunch of liars.
I am changing phone providers and simply need my Account # and Pin # BUT cannot make a connection with a LIVE AGENT; Keep getting in the loop--either 'kicked out' or asked to call back in fifteen minutes and told they are processing a transaction then having the call dropped. VERY FRUSTRATING! Can someone please help me??

WORST customer service I've ever called. Waited over 1 and a half hour to speak with a supervisor and still couldn't speak to a supervisor. They keep cutting off my phone saying that my charge card didn't go through yet there is money on there to cover this payment. Keep saying they will put me on an automatic payment every month and then every month want me to pay more money to have my service days restored.
your customer service incompetence is epic!! for 6 years we had NET10 service with no problems and you managed to screw it up so severely in a weekend that I cannot leave fast enough!! the level of sheer stupidity. incompetence and complacency is seriously epic!!!
I was on the automatic enroll program, and was cut off during the middle of the month. Happened at least 3 times I remember. The last two times only 3 months apart. Spent two and 1/2 hours yesterday trying to get time added....did not need minutes, only an extension of connection time. Also, was switched from the date of billing and lost connection time as the billing was the 10th and switched to the 2nd.
Am not a happy user. Their customer service seems to be to keep you on hold until you finally give up. They always came back every 3 to 4 minutes and thanked you for your patience, which you needed to hold for 1 1/2 hours. Would not recommend them to anybody!
I am actively searching for a replacement service for Net-10 - their level of incompetence could not possible be matched by any other phone company. I was on the auto-refill plan, and discovered they have been double billing me for the last six months. I contacted their "customer service" and they denied they were double billing me. I went to Visa and disputed the double bills - Visa said their fraud department would pursue the last four double bills (the other two were too old). Thus far Net-10 has refused to respond to Visa; however, they did dis-enroll me from auto-refill.
I didn't think this would be a problem - I could just pay by month. Foolishly I paid for a month using my credit card, and sure enough, they billed me twice for that. I contacted their support once again, and once again they denied doing it. Then this morning they sent me an email saying my service is being suspended.
I'm sure Net-10 has to search hard to find people this poor at their job. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
This phone company is rediculous! I cannot reach a technical support operator. I just get an automated service. If you ever have issues with your phone or plan, I would never recommend Net10. It is so frustrating when you need to talk to a person, not a machine, to get to the bottom of any issue. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!! Bottom line. They suck!
Have always had good service from Net10. I was double billed in the past & they ended up giving me an extra 60 days of service & 300 minutes twice! That's really good customer service plus the girl both times was very friendly & apologetic. It is hard to reach a person sometimes though.

As soon as possible, I'm going to leave this horrible company and tell my over 5,000 friends and fans on Facebook and Twitter - plus my radio show - how unbelievably inept you!
NEVER have I seen such total stupidity.
