I can't believe anyone has had problems with Logitech. They have the best customer support I've ever encountered. Any of the products I've owned that have malfunctioned while under warranty, they have replaced with better products! My wife spilled a drink on a harmony remote that was well past the warranty period, they gave me 50% off my next purchase with no reason to do so! Now they have informed me I am a VIP customer ( for what reason I have no clue ), so I get 50% - 75% off every purchase. Best company ever!

Over the passing years with my various mainframe systems I have purchased probably 30 Logitech products or more all have never let me down and you have always provided excellent support...Ta Logitech Daveo From Oz....

Went home for Christmas and the family got a Blu-ray player, which necessitated a re-programming of the Logitech universal remote. Remote wouldn't respond, so I called tech support. After 25 minutes on hold, the music stopped and I got a dial tone instead of a representative. Called again the next day. Mom made me get off the phone after 1/2 hour on hold. The project is still incomplete and is eating away at me because I re-wired everything and came so close to finishing the project. Now my family is left using 5 remotes instead of 1, and an expensive piece of Logitech equipment is just sitting there collecting dust.

I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 55 min TODAY TO REPORT ANOTHER DEFECTIVE HARMONY 900 WITH A "SWOLLEN" BATTERY, WHICH PREVENTS ITS REMOVAL. THIS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THESE CHINESE BATTERIES...IN THE 900 model. I ALSO HAVE 2ea 1100 and 1ea 1000 AND THESE HAVE BEEN VERY RELIABLE. TOO BAD THIS COMPANY'S TECH-SUPPORT SUPERVISOR CAN'T PROPERLY STAFF ITS DEPT...ALTHO ITS "TECHS" LIVE IN INDIA ,PHILIPINES...ECT. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR ITS REPUTATION AMONG LOYAL CUSTOMERS

Called the provided customer service number above and after selecting keyboards and mice, a rep answered and provided me excellent customer service. I have always used Logitech's products and their service has always been top notch.

I have always been a big fan of Logitech products. I have purchased dozens of logitech branded products and have never required the assistance of their support team. Three weeks ago I purchased a Harmony 650 that is not working correctly with my TV that is on their approved list. I have spent 2 weeks, 10 hours and over 14 separate phone calls to their Tier 1 support to resolve my issue. They told me they escalated my problem to Tier II. I was promised on four separate occassions that I would receive a call from Tier II. The calls have never come. So I emailed and called more and still cannot get past speaking with a Tier 1 rep despite my support ticket escalation to Tier II. The Tier 1 reps are nice and helpful but if the problem is beyond what they can assist with, getting to Tier II is a nightmare. I may never buy another Logitech product again based on this experience. I am strongly dissappointed!

Customer service was great (by the way pressing four zero's did not get me a live person). My m505 mouse was defective (I love this mouse), went through a few test procedures, gave him the serial numbers, shipping info and he is sending me a new one!

I bought a Logitech squeezebox wi-fi internet radio because i own my own internet radio station and i thought that it was so cool that they came out with a portable internet radio and the radio is great, but it did not come with a remote or battery pack so i would like to buy both, so i go online and they want me to put up my credit card information to get help to buy the product that should of come with the equipment so i am ready to start my own BOYCOTT i have the the listener on my radio show if i don;t here from them guess what they will hear me live on the radio if anybody wants to join me send me a e-mail at [email protected]

I bought a MK320 keyboard and wireless mouse about four months ago. The mouse if fine but the keyboard never has performed properly as I have no indication as to cap lock on or off.

I think it is unreasonable to expect a buyer to pay for drivers which should work properly and it would seem that others share my displeasure. If I treated my customers in the same manner as you treat yours, I would be out of business. The next keyboard I purchase will certainly not be a Logitech!

Bought an S520 keyboard and mouse combo three months ago. Dog chewed on my receiver. Called to get a receiver replacement. Keyboard no longer made. No other customer service provided. Bummer.

I purchased a Harmony One remote and before my warranty was the top of the lcd went bad-lines and noise making it impossible to see.

Customer service was in the Philippines and the reps could not be very well understood nor could they put wanted to say into proper English-a horrible experience.

After several calls, emails and hours I was told someone determined my remote was damaged and they would not replace nor could they repair it.

It is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone who speaks English to complain further.

I am writing the president and if not satisfied notifying our state's Consumer Protection Agency.

It isn't just the money anymore but the principle. Logitech has terrible customer service and they make it as hard as possible to even reach anyone.

I purchased a Logitech Pure Fi Anywhere 2 for Christmas 2010. Within a month the prong on the plug broke off. They requested I send the whole thing back--- speakers everything--- and they would send me a new set of speaker. I did this, at the same time wondering why it would not be simpler just to send a replacement plug. I received the new replacement set--- but the box did not include the dock adapter. I called Logitech again and they said again, I need to return the whole works. I told the rep this was not an efficient way to do business and asked to speak to his supervisor. I waited 20 minutes on the phone and gave up. The speakers will work with out the dock to stabilize but it is wobbly. I cannot see this company staying in business long.

The BEST! The issues with my wireless keyboard and mouse were resolved within 10 minutes!!! The Tech Support Rep was very knowledgeable, articulate and patient. This is the 4th Logitech product I have purchased for 3 systems in the past 6 years. I am a very satisfied customer!

I used to love logitech and think of them as being a top notch company with top notch support. I had purchased logitech products in the past based just ont he brand reputation and excellent customer care.

This all changed with my last experience. I was lied to and could barely understand any of the customer support people i was able to reach.

I had to call SALES to get someone who was a native English speaker and i could understand. She was great and confirmed that the other outsourced tech agents had flat out lied to me.

I will definitely reconsider buying logitech in the future.

I just contacted Logitech about a broken mouse button. They were very quick and very helpful on the phone. He first had me reset the mouse to see if that fixed the problem. It didn't, so without question, he initiated a replacement process. I have not had a better support call, ever!

I am sorry, but I am in agreement with the customer serivce not being helpful. Not fully comprehending the English Language was the real issue here. short story, after my third attempt to resolve my issue, I gave up. sorry, good products, poor service.

Charged tax during the tax free weekend in NC.
Called in customer support to ask; they said that's how they roll (not literally of course).

I am in the Armed Forces currently serving in Afghanistan. I was having an issue with a wireless headset and spoke to logitech customer service. The gentleman was completely understanding of my rush for time on the phone and showed a sense of urgency to help me resolve my issue quickly. I usually see these comments about great customer service and think it's a hoax setup by the company, but after the assistance I just received, I wanted to go out of my way to tell everyone else about it. Thank you Logitech Man, from Afghanistan.

I am not sure what your gripe is, i bought a logitech web-cam and the CD for the drivers was wrong, I called, got a live support in less then 10 minutes, had the drivers downloaded and my cam working in less then 10 more minutes, the support tech was very polite and knew what she was doing. I have nothing bad to say about their support, products are great!!!!!!!

What's with all this negative feedback? I've been using Logitech equipment for years... never had a problem getting a LIVE PERSON to help me with exactly what I need. They either work me through a fix procedure, give me a replacement, or give me a refund. I love Logitech: superior equipment, superior support.
