I called the store 12 times in 40 minutes and no one answered so I figured they were really busy. I come to the store they standing around talking and laughing anymore one person in the store. This is ridiculous. I come here a lot because of my children but I won't be back. And when I ask for the number to corporate, nobody seem to know it they're teenagers in here working and they don't care about nothing to nobody. You need to have some grownups or either teach them some type of customer service training you don't just let your phone ring and ring and ring that's and this is not the first time that this location has been horrible. I thought it had changed. There was a new manager up here and he does very well but these people I've never seen and they are horrible and something needs to be done because you're gonna lose a lot of business.

Little Caesar's in rutland Vermont has the rudest unhuman employee's I've ever incountered. Just had a tooth pulled went to get a pizza for a family member and I was publicly imbarresed,belittled and just down right treated like a animal may I add I go there 2 plus times a week at lunch while at work looking for a new place never again will I return there unless I get a sincere apology

Today.july 4th 2022 I tried place order online wouldn't allow me too. I checked online to see if this particular one was open due to being holiday it said was open(Goldsboro n.c. Spence Ave ) I called twice no answer or recording. BAD BAD SERVICE

Worst app ever! At least in my area. Try to place an order and the app kept telling me that my internet was not connected. Check several times and it was. Also knew the internet was connected and because my TV was on and it is connected to the internet. Drove me so crazy that I ended up calling my order in.

I have been trying to get little Caesars in hickory nc to make me a stuffed pepperoni pizza ever since you started advertising them the one on 12th st ne hickory nc they will not make it is this not false advertisement I have already contacted you once by phone you told me there was no reason that they should not make it for me and I would get a follow up call but never did sincerely jimmy arnett

Went to little Caesars in Deltona florida. As we have for years. Tonight was told red sause for bread sticks was extra. Then after waiting 10 minutes in line was told my hott and ready wasn't hott or ready. And would be at least 15 more minutes. As workers joked around. And were definitely not getting any thing done.

I placed an order online at the Pontiac Telegraph Rd store and had my husband pick it up on his way home from work.I ordered a 5meat pizza.When my husband came home he had 2 pizzas. When I asked him why he said that is what the counter person gave him.I told him it was the wrong order.When I called the store and spoke with the manager,Chris,he said there was 2 Pat orders.He then asked me if my husband knew what I had ordered.When I told him no,he said well you got 2 pizzas and both orders were the same price.I told him "That was not what I ordered". He then said"What do you want me to do about it.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,AND ATTITUDE.

Little Caesars on Twin City Highway in Port Arthur asked me to put a mask on and all their employees didn't was not wearing a mask and how are you going to cook my food and not have a mascon the shittiest experience ever I walked out and will never shop there again also called and also I will call the health department of Port Arthur Texas

On January 1,2021 I placed a order for 2pizza and two order chicken wing that cost 29.00 dollars. One of the pizza was dry and burn. I order all the time from Little Caesar's. Usually my order is fine. I order on line and pay online. I feel that my pizza should be replace or money for that pizza that was burn refund. We did not eat that pizza. I called the store they said I have to go online for you to do something
Well good faith you took my money off my card, so I would like you to give another pizza or my money back.

I was in LC's today Dec. 31, 2020 around 11:00 a.m. to buy Lunch combo special. My complaint is that the woman at the register was not wearing a mask nor was she wearing one about 2 wks. ago when I went in. I asked about it, she said she didn't wear one, that she gets tested regularly so it's okay. Asked if she cooked the pizza I had. She said no, someone in the back did. I wish I'd canceled my order but didn't. My son-in-law & grandkids go there too so I need to report this not only for our safety but everyone who goes in there. It was store on Madison Ave, near Manzanita Ave. in Sacramento, CA. Don't know lady's name but she was older lady w/ white hair & blue eyes. Can understand about no gloves because she was at cash register but isn't masks mandatory?? Even if she didn't actually make my pizza she had to have been wandering in back where they're made, around the food. I called this in earlier today but guess because of holiday, nobody got back to me like phone-lady said.

I live in shelbyville indiana and are little Cesar went in on the 4 of Dec.and order a 20 order just for them not to be wareing there gloves and mask and I say something about it I'm bad guy and get kick out of your store I'm very upset and pissed off about the whole thing then I ask for the phone number I get atatude that's not very busy like and I will not be back ever and I will tell my family and friends about my lovely visit to Little Caesar

Just went into my local Little Caesars I had a mask on and so did the other 3 customers in the store I did not see one employee with a mask on nor was there and glass or plastic infront of the employee pay area! I left with my hot and ready as I tried to stay 6 feet away while paying for home pizza was burnt ( my fault for not checking in store ) but I just wanted to get our of there ! I called the Manger Bryan and he stated he didn't know why anyone didn't have their masks on or the glass was gone from the pay area! I would like to be contacted as I will not be visiting this location again and too bad cause we are blocks from there and go there often!

This afternoon I decided to go to little ceaseless to grab a pizza and crazy bread quickly.
I go on and there on the menu board over the register above the registers was the hot and ready entries. I ordered an extra most bestest pizza and a crazy bread deal. I paid wondering why my usual order was about $2 or so more than usual.
When the cashier handed me my receipt, she told me my order would be ready in about 7 minutes. Not exactly hot and ready. I looked st my receipt and realized there were two crazy breads on the order. I ordered one. When I asked the cashier about it, she explained it was a special 2 for $6 and she has placed the order for two. I only ordered one I said. Oh, she said, but I got two sauces and breadsticks. I didn't really feel like getting into a dispute with someone who won't let me do my own ordering.
I finally got my not hot and ready pizza and my doubled crazy bread and left.
Pizza was ok but frankly a fail all around. And please tell your staff most people can order for themselves.

Hi, I really think little Caesar's pizza needs to immediately go back to 100% mozzarella. The cheese used is garbage. Growing up outside Detroit the pizza was fantastic until the change of your horrible blend. Go back to 100% Mozzarella and everyone will notice a difference.

Went to your store in Altus, Ok this evening and ordered a thin crust 5 meat . The girl, Jackie, said they were out of thin crust , I said regular crust and she started naming off ingredients they are out of so I asked to tell me what they did have they could make a pizza out of and she snapped ! " Don't cop an attitude with me she yelled ." Another customer in there turned around and left and so did I. !
Went to Dominos and they had everything at nearly the same price. !
Good luck with this location, we will never order from you again .
By the way we ate there about twice a week and bought pizza for a half way house ( 6 at a time ) every week . The Dominos manager made me a deal to furnish pizza for the half way house at y'alls prices. !

I feel like I'm just some strange object every time I go to any location, definitely something wrong in the training or managerial positioning there needs to be replaced and overhauled also I just purchased your product online and definitely paid for it at your Jacksonville and Wilson location and they said that its not in the system and I am well just getting robbed I guess no refund no pizza and the manager just says I don't have anything in system after I show him 3 emails from little Caesars and my bank statement. Truly unbelievable no work ethic just I don't know so keep it and enjoy the fruits of my labor for the last time and consider trying to train your employees better or educate them so they can make a more specific and accurate responses not o or I don't know well what do you know?

Twice in December I was told by the manager that I could not get a pizza because they were over whelmed by internet orders. When I asked why they had on OPEN sign and HOT & READY she advised she was not allowed to close or post a notice. After a snide remark made by the manager at the Chesapeake VA 237 Battlefield Blvd Store, I went back to confront her about her Customer Service. She threatened me with call a relative of her's who was a police office. I asked her to go ahead. She backed away and would not provide me with Corporate's telephone number. Ms Amber May needs to find new employment if she cannot treat customers with respect and not make excuses for what she can't do and find a way to get it done!

The Little Ceasars in Buckhannon, WV is just terrible and in more ways than one. The employees are rude and do not know their job. Every time I have visited this store there is never no one at the counter and they never fail to get the order wrong. I ordered the $5 hot and ready pizza and was charged $6.88 which a different pizza and then had to wait 15 minutes for a pizza that is supposed to be ready and not old as dirt and taste like cardboard. They have had the pizza portals for over 3 months now and still say they aren't working at that store yet. There are always new faces working there so that doesn't say much for them to start but that's besides point. The point is I'll just start going to Pizza Hut because at least they get the order right and it doesn't taste like it's been left over from yesterday or the day before.

I ordered through postesmates yesterday for lunch 1 cheese pizza and 2 bags of bread sticks and sauce.When I got the pizza it was dry and looked like they just reheated day old pizza.The bread sticks were not baked enough I had to put them in the oven and finish baking them they were doughy.They need to be retrained in how to prepare food at 7340 Forest Hill Ave in Richmond,Va.

That is the worst service the worst pizza I've ever ate and the management the way they talk to customers when you trying to resolve a problem is unbelievable the boy wanted to argue with me about what I ordered and I know what I ordered he just mad cuz he got caught messing up and got busted for not giving me the right pizza

On Wednesday 10/:9/19 I visited the Jefferson Ave., Washington, Pa. store. I ordered the combo pizza which they had to make. This was an eye opening experience for me. While the person who took my order was very polite & pleasant, I watched as he took my Debit card & then currency from another customer. He then proceeded to the back, dug his bare hands in the cheese & spread it on the dough! The other employees did the same & no hair nets were worn. One of the containers was dropped on the floor & I dread to think what they did with it! I have purchased pizza many times at this location. I will not be doing so ever again. These conditions are deplorable!
