What a terrible freaking company. I just got online to ask if I could get help with my router. I bought my router from wall-mart 24 hours ago. I followed all directions, and my modem wasn't producing a wi-fi signal. I tried 3 laptop, 2 iPhones, and a Nintedo DS, none of them even found the signal. I went to online chat, and the girl didn't know what to do. She was so stupid. She got her manager, and he/she couldn't help me either. Then they tell me I have to pay $129.95 to reset, and fix my modem. I payed less for the router itself. I am just gonna buy a different brand. Screw linksys/cisco products. They all suck. I can't wait till cisco shuts down.
