I find it somewhat amusing, somewhat pathetic, that a MKC ad featured on PCH shows a Lincoln MKC with three so called sophisticated young sassy women packing the trunk, then driving off slowly on a city street. The trouble with this MKC is that while slowly moving, the wheels are not turning, not even a micro radian of rotation. Is that what you really wan to show?

I read a Lincoln motor company post about repairs on Facebook. I own a Lincoln Navigator. I posted a few honest, factual sentences about what happened when I took my Navigator to the dealership for a repair. Now Lincoln motor company has blocked me from their site on Facebook. Is this how Lincoln Motor Company deals with an unsatisfied customer?

I Have An Issue With Lincoln And Its So Called Idea Of Replacement Parts For My 2007 Mkx ! Why Cant You Make It Easier And More Convenient And Afford For Ppl To Replace Small Minor Parts For Their Cars/suv ????? I Need To Replace The Latch On My Center Console, But Lincoln/ford Doesnt Sell The Latch ! You Have To Buy The Whole Top Console Which Cost Over $100.00 For A $10.00 Part!! I Also Need To Replace The Weather Stripping/gasket At The Rear Of The Roof Line Where It Meets With The Wing! Cant Buy This Piece Separate And You Have To Buy A New Rear Wing. Even If The Wing On Your Car Is Good. The Wing Cost $700.00 Before Paint At Ford And $999.00 Before Paint At Lincoln ! And This Part Is Only Worth $20.00 This Is Truly B.S. And A Ripoff!!! Dont Think I Will Buy A Ford Or Lincoln Again! Will Go Back To My Dodge!

I received the notice yesterday about the airbag fragments in my 2007 MKZ. What alarms me is the fact I have to wait for the parts to come in before it can be repaired. The reason this scares me so much is I live in the area where the guy died from the fragment hitting him. What am I suppose to do, I am scared to drive my car with just me in it, and I definitely refuse to drive it with my 2 year old grandson or any other passengers in it. I have to park it but still pay the insurance because it is not paid for. I am thinking of getting rid of this car because of this and the problem with the rims and tires(I know you know about this because I found numerous complaints and I really thought I was the only one with this problem, duh). I have driven Lincolns for years but the problems with this one causing me to think about trading. What Am I suppose to do??

I purchased a 2016 MKX in November and have had nothing but problems. The vehicle has a water leak in the left rear door which leaks into the interior. My vehicle has been a the service department about 7 times to correct this issue to no avail. I have also been in contact with Jonathon the district Manager of my area who also did not help. He had me take my vehicle to Storm Motors in Southampton, NY who were horrible. Them gave me a filthy loaner car and also when I picked up my New 2016 MKX it too was filthy. Had to have the interior detailed which they did state they would pay for but of course I am still waiting for that money. My car is still not fixed and all I asked is that they replace it with an New One so that I could enjoy the experience of purchasing a new vehicle instead of this dissatisfaction and annoyance and anger. Jonathon stated Lincoln stands behind their vehicles as well as customer satisfaction well apparently that does not apply to all vehicles or customers. When you purchase a new vehicle and spend over $50,000.00 on one you would not expect to have it at the service department constantly for the same issue. You would only expect to take it to the service department for it's first oil change not a water leak. Now my vehicle has a strange odor and I am unsure if it is due to the water leak or if there is another issue. I do feel this is a manufacture problem and cannot be fixed but Lincoln does not believe that to be true. REPLACE MY VERY EXPENSIVE VEHICLE.

My 2013 Lincoln MKZ has been in the service department for over six (6) weeks waiting for parts "back ordered" and now they add that they have to order trim as the original was ruined when they removed it. I find this unbelievable. It is my first Lincoln and probably my last.

I am so dissatified until I am at the point of wanting Five Star Lincoln to buy my car back so I can move on. Every since Ms.Shannon, one of the Service Advisors left, l have not had good service with my MKX. This time, they kept it 2 dayd and sent me on my merry way with a dirty car. In addition, sent me to the secretary without going over with me what was done to my car and tell me how much warrrnty remaining. This is just my last ditch effort for some relief. I have talked to their Customer service rep.before. I just want you to help me trade off my car to leave Warner Robins (buy it buy it back) or help me get an even trade in Dublin, Ga.(my hometowm) Thank you for your consideration.

I have ALWAYS loved Lincoln Mark 8s....I'm a Lincoln man....I have a beautiful 1898 Lsc Lincoln Mark 8......( I had one of the worse experience s taking my car into a matinance shop in Minneapolis Minnesota, getting a sway bar fixed/replacement)....they neglected to/failed to turn off the air ride switch. And as a result , had to lower it because it was to high afterwards, and unfortunately blew up one of my air bags front drivers side.I was ( given ) a loaner car ,but once they realized they were not looking at a cheap replacement for the Lincoln Mark8 ;I found myself in civil court being sued for the loaner /& my car with out the air ride after paying them for the sway bar I realized that , Lincoln s with out prior experience in repairing them should be exempt from places without a certified Lincoln repair person. Some of us can NOT afford others mistakes being a normal day to day work /or student/or common folk in general. My comment is more of a vision than a comment , looking ahead for Lincoln lover's ...sincerely Jeffery Harmon

I must say I'm really disappointed in the runaround I have been receiving - I was grossly overcharged by Performance Lincoln in Randolph NJ and when I told them I had proof - they lied to me, hung up on me and refused to take my calls - so I moved on to Ford Customer Service and they turned around and sent it to Lincoln Customer service and I received a very nice letter from Michelle B at Lincoln Customer service telling me that she passed it on to "the appropriate regional office". The letter dated is 05/29 and is the only response I have received to date. This is totally absurd. That Ford would treat a customer (who bought 2 cars in 2 days) and has been their customer for almost 50 years in such a way is unbelievable to me. I am telling everyone not to buy anything from Performance Ford and Lincoln in Randolph NJ because they overcharge you and Lincoln and Ford customer service stand completly behind their dealer and ignore your complaint. This goes double if you happen to be a senior citizen.

I drive a 2012 MKS Lincoln with 51,000 kms on it that is supposed to have bumper to bumper warranty on it and the chrome rims are corroded and Lincoln refuses to warranty them to date. Whereas I have a 2006 Lincoln town car and the rims are in new condition. It appears Lincoln is putting inferior quality rims on their cars and trying to weasel out of honoring their warranty.
I called customer service after waiting a month and the customer service manager, Lencey kept telling me she couldn't do anything about it as the warranty department had it and was studying it, and this after a month. This is my 4th Lincoln and probably my last.

On November 28, 2014 at 2:15pm my Lincoln 2012 MKZ died on Route 22 in New Jersey.  Fortunately, several people helped me and moved my car to a Walgreens parking lot.  I use the car in my limo business , ICAR LLC.

After my wife was safe and settled, I arrived and called for roadside assistance.  I was advised that a truck would be dispatched immediately.  I received the normal confirming texts and phone calls rapidly.  I did not get a tow truck however.  In fact it took 6 hours before a tow truck arrived.  By then, We had abandoned the car and gone home.

I ways lied to.  A truck was not dispatched and in fact, when talking to the first tow company I was treated shabbily.  No respect was shown and we were laughed at.  Six hours to get a tow truck!  I cannot believe the incompetence and arrogance of the system.

I am extremely disappointed with the "customer care" and the tow services.  My wife drives a Mercedes and, as far as rescue services are concerned, there is no comparison.  She has never waited for more than 15 minutes.  The police advise that 30 minutes might be closer to the norm.   6 hours to get a tow truck in New Jersey!  How do you plan to win my trust and assure me that this will not be repeated for me or any other customers.

If I told my customers to wait 6 hours at the airport for a pickup, I would be out of business!

Yours
