I send this story to as many JVC sites as possible!
A few years ago, I tried to get a JVC boombox fixed under warranty. Three times they fixed it - and in a few days the unit wouldn't turn on. The problem was the same each time. Can you say lemon? Well the warranty ran out and they said I was now out of luck. I ran the issue through their complaint process and pursued remedies all the way up to their North America President's office. I got a reply from the president's office saying to take a hike. Now I have a job where I buy electronics and JVC is not on my approved vendor list. Revenge is sweet! JVC is getting what it deserves - lower market share. I do my best to share my story to any and all consumers and fellow procurement professionals to stop supporting this company!

I had given my JVC camcorder for repair (GZ-MS120) in Adonis Electronic PVT. LTD. Bangalore, main Branch on 08-01-2014 as my camcorder was some display problem. As per the comittment all procedure will finish before 40 days. But its already 5 months completed, the service still pending. I have contacted several times but from that side i could not received any positive response. Every time I'm getting the one ans. "your spare part is not available". Pl. take a positive step to get my repaired camcorder immediately.

I had given my jvc receiver 7032vs for repair at Adonis electronics pvt ltd, on 31/12/13. There has been no communication from the company. The reply on asking them the status has always been very poor. It has been more then 4 months and the receiver is not repaired or no communication if they r able to do it or not.

Prior to you answering, I emailed them through the same website and have not received any reply (1 week ago).

I have also followed your directions and still not gotten through to a live person. However, I do appreciate your attempt to help me.

I contacted JVC regarding a set of headphones that stopped working 2 days after purchase, I was not expecting to get a free replacement since they were under $7, just wanted to inform them of my dissatisfaction after purchase. I stated in the email that I did not have the receipt. Jennifer replied with a canned email with instructions on obtaining a replacement and of course, only with a receipt. It would be nice if they actually read the emails sent to them.

With all of the bad things said about JVC's customer service I have to tell you that I was a little worried when my 42" Black Crystal TV just stopped working. I called their 800 number, got the information that I needed to do to get my TV fixed. I received my TV as a gift and did not have a receipt of purchase. Once I got a copy of the receipt I emailed them with the information. Two days later, I got a call from the service tech. He not only showed up on time, but it only took him 30 minutes to fix the problem. I am SO impressed with JVC service and the people they hire to do their repair work. Justice, my service tech was a very professional and knowledgeable young man. THANK YOU JVC you are the best. I will only buy JVC products from now on.

I've only had my Everio Camcorder for a year an 2 days ago I was using it and the whole screen went black. The camera works itself [it makes noises when it turns on an the record noise] but I can't see the screen. It's just black. If I go under a lamp I can see the camera a little bit, but it's very dark. I called up JVC and I got no help. All the man did was ask for my info and gave me a number to call. I have to send it in for $65 for them to fix it. I wish they would just tell me what's wrong!

I purchased a JVC 47" LED Blackcrystal 3001 Series TV in June 2012. The TV's Cable/Antenna-IN Jack broke off. I was told a service tech would contact me within (5) business days. They have no service centers. I could not get them to have a service rep. call me today, 09/25/2012. They just send a service request number to never never land, and I'm hoping someone will call. I agree, JVC TV Service is really bad. I had to call them to verify they received my email with photos of the broken area and part, and photo of my receipt.

Yes I m very surprice that JVC do not provide contact no but ask you to fill up your personal particulars & email them, that sucks, brands like Samsung, Sony, Panasonic all hv contact centre for enquires.

Jvc makes the best earphones (earbuds) ever they lasted like 3 years HA-FX34 are better than Beats by Dr.Dre and i did a side by side comparison my right side went out after so long but ill definitely be buying another pair real soon, hopefully stores still sell this specific pair of JVC's

Have a KW-NX7000 navagation sys. will not power up except to eject screen. Called C.S.R. he knew less than I did (none) ask for tech support, said had none. ask to help troubleshoot. Said take out of dash, check "wires" or send in. C.S.R. talked to fast to understand, knew nothing and rude.
Cheap product-Cheap company.

I bought JVC headphones less than a year ago HA RX-300. The bass stopped working yesterday.

An inferior product from an inferior company. JVC sucks.

I just called JVC customer service asking for how I would get a battery for my headphone model J21848 and JVC told me they could not help me - to try ebay. An ebay search turned up nothing. Apparently JVC doesn't allow for the batteries to be replaced -- I have to buy a new headphone. This is terrible customer service.

I just received a JVC Dvr150. I had trouble hooking it up to my cable/tv system. I called JVC. Within 60 seconds a rep was on the phone. He guided me through the process seemlessly. I was very pleased by the service.

Used your information to contact JVC Customer Care Center about Mobile Audio question. The rep (Eddie) answered my question to the best of his ability and satisfied my expectations. No better or worse than any other customer care center. However, JVC site does not list the Customer Care Center phone number--they want you to send an E-mail. They send you a response (on their website) saying that they will respond back in "...1 business day"; but, this was not true in my case.

MY FRIEND USED TO WORK FOR JVC IN MCALLEN TX. THE ONLY CALL CENTER THEY HAVE. THEY ARE THE WORST AT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEIR REPS ARE DUMB AND LAZY! NOBODY GOES TO WORK! THEY ARE ALWAYS ABSENT FROM PARTYING! THAT IS WHY THE HOLD IS SOOO LONG! THEN REPAIRS TAKE FOREVER BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAVE 2 FACTORIES OPEN IN THE ENTIRE US! U WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT REPAIRED QUICKLY. IT WILL TAKE MONTHS AND MONTHS!! SO IF U LOVE THE PRODUCT YOURE BUYING THEN BUY IT FROM A COMPANY THAT HAS GREAT WARRANTY. AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! EVEN I WILL NEVER BUY A JVC PRODUCT AGAIN! I DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

What consumer electronic company doesn't have a tech support phone number available? 'If you really feel like it, fill out this convoluded form online and maybe it'll get to us.' I got the number here, and the man was helpful, but the company doesn't seem to want to have to help.

These people are a joke. My TV has been broke for five months and now they've finally decided to send me a replacement. However, they sent it to the Boston service center instead of Indianapolis. They promise to call you back but never do and are not very apologetic. I'll never buy another JVC product again.
