Personal Assistant is useless. Due to their inability to "assist" I was forced to have my Infiniti G37x (my 6th Infiniti! to date) towed...unnecessary . Every time I have attempted to use them they have failed. Why bother to include them in your package?

This is the 2nd time I didn't have good service at Ft Wayne Infiniti. I never had a problem with Nada. The first time they ran out of loaner cars and the gentleman that took me to work was talking bad about other customers to me. That is unacceptable! This time they didn't have the loaner I wanted. Nada always upgraded the loaner by what you brought your car in for. My lease is going to be up soon and was hoping to test drive a different car. This could stir me away from Infiniti.

hard top always a problem, reprogrammed multiple times will work one or twice, back same problem. need the manager to talk to me. waste of time and money, had to take off work to take car to service.

Can’t fix cars the n lie about… Had a noise for months.. Finally said it’s the transmission. They put in a whole new trans.. Go get the car, start it, noise is clearly still there. Never even leave the lot go back in and am told Oh..we thought we heard it this morning it’s probably the steering pump! Now car is days out of warranty they want $1,000 to fix it they said…. Called Infiniti corporate, rep calls back few days later they won’t fix it either, rep himself said he doesn’t believe it… Car had only 32,000 miles.. Don’t buy Infiniti especially not at this dealership……

leased a car two years ago.It has 24,000 miles on it. No light every came on in the car but the other day car not driving right. We take it to kings infiniti of brooklyn. They call us two days later & says thousands to fix problem & we are lucky it wasnt the engine but it had to do with the oil pump & it is not covered. I said dont fix but they already did the work they tell us. My husband authorized them to look at problem but not fix the problem. Now they want thousands or no car. They are holding my car hostess until we pick it up. IF we dont go soon they will start charging us 50 per day. Spoke with consumer affairs but they dont seem to have an answer. They asked me to fax them what I have that my husband signed which i did. I havent heard back from them either. Stay away from this company & dealership. I have leased cars throughout my life & never ever ran across dishonest people. I could hire a lawyer but it will cost money to do that.

went to infiniti to lease a new car. roll over my lease on a rogue. eveything went well until a negative credit report rating and dropping my credit 10 points. Dealer did not calculate the liability correctly. Had terrible time paying note was never sent a bill. Dealer stated that they would re-emburse the amount due to dealer mistake....Still waiting for check from 3/14/12 it is now 8/20/12. Dealer now stating it is not there mistake... but my credit still down. Dealer not answering calls... Dealer: Bedford Infinity in Ohio.

The new service guy at infinity Lexington is kind a rude
and arrogant.This type of people should not deal with public.

i was recently helped by a person named elliot regarding my account who had wonderful customer service skills, my car was badly hit on my street while i was at work..and he assured me that things would be taken care of. he made me feel very confident of my insurance,i had to wait ten min., to speak to a rep., and was swearing that after this i was switching companys. but elliots professional and take charge attitude made me feel that maybe my co., wasnt so bad - so thanks to him u have a second chance-u never know really how good your insurance is till u need it.

I have a 2005. The passenger seat switch is broken. The entire seat needs to be replaced. Cost: $2000. We have purchased 15+ Nissan products over the last 30 years. Infiniti customer service rep says they will not replace it. No offer was made to even pay part of it. My husband is ready to sell his 2010 Max, my Infinity and encourage our sons to sell their Pathfinder and Titan. He is looking at another manufacturer to replace the autos he plans to sell. Pretty sad that Infiniti disregards loyalty.

Don't bother calling them for customer service if you own a 2003 G35. If you have the well known radio circuit problem in your car you lose, just keep buying more batteries or drive around with no radio and control of the heat/ac, ridiculous! If you have cracked compression rod bushings like the 2004 model you lose as the TSB on covers back to 2004. If your doors rattle you lose even though there was a TSB.
