I am very dissatisfied with the product (H2O Bolt) I purchased. I have had performance issues with the device. I called customer service and was very frustrated with the person who answered my call. The representatives name was Eder Melara and his operator ID was 0024. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, without hesitation, he said there were none available. If this is the type of service that your company gives then I would not recommend you to anyone that I know. I don't understand how the people that you have employed for you can have such a nonchalant I don't care attitude with new customers. I don't know if this complaint will do anything or not but I did want to make it known that you have an aggravated and frustrated customer that will not be remaining a future customer.

This company is crap. Can not call out or receive calls. Once in a great while I will connect with who I am trying
to reach but they can not hear me & it hangs up instantly. Text will not
Go through. I will receive 10 text at once 3 hours after they was sent and when I go to reply I am unable. Called and was told hopefully will be fixed within 24 hours. Now stuck without phone when needed the most .. unsatisfied customer. ( this is my husband's phone as well.)

Why is my phone cut off....I am so irritated right now I have auto refill soooooo...again why is my.phone shut of ????? Makes no sense and have to wait till 9 to.talk to a live person. .shmmm...and you dont have any options who of those want to pay with a debit card.....oh wait u take my money the.last day of every month WHICH IS TOMORROW WHY IS MY PHONE SHUT OFF. ...did I say I was really not happy right now..

I Tanya chase called customer service on April 27th twice about my phone because I can not send picture to no ones phone they took down my number and my name so it can be submit for someone to call me back the same day but no one return my call back to help me. I do have h20 so if no one is gonna call me to help me with my phone then I'll go to another company because I see no one called me back and its very very unprofessional on your end and I will tell people not to deal with this company because it sucks they give you the run around and they are liars or I'll do better and call help me Howard to complain about your company take it or leave Sincerely Tanya chase
