I am pee off with this so call company.. My mom is a diabetic and father has cancer, they pay there bill and still no service... to much static here in Wanatah, INDIANA, they cant even make a phone call to 911.. So, how we gonna fix this problem,

i have not been able to make or recieve phone calls for about a month now with all the static and know no dial tone, you came out once and said it was our problem, we went and brought new phones, still not working. i open up grey box outside and everything in it is corroided, i moved the wires alittle and now our phones are dead. i have not been able to even check our messages.

Their online "chat" is a joke. I waited 16 minutes to get a live person. That's understandable - there were 40 people in line ahead of me. But then when he came on the line, I had to wait interminable periods of time to get responses. I swear he was taking coffee breaks between typing answers to me.

Your people leave customers on hold for an indefinite length of time without coming back to them.
I am now without 'phone service and an a diabetic therefore it is important to have a working 'phone. Earlier I had no TV service and my computer is slow, not what I'm paying for!

My name is Helen Lovato. I have spent a good part of my day attempting to get help due to the fact that I cannot get online. Unfortunately there is no one to take my call. I am currently using my cell to send this message. I guess if I can't receive a call from frontier about this situation I'll have no choice but to seek service elsewhere.

Impossible to work with, never meets deadlines,over bills for service not agreed on,hard to believe this company is not in some sort of trouble for its business practices

Your service "sucks"!!! Have called at least 15 times to tell you people that we have not moved,but you still keep sending our phone bills to our son!! Wish you people would get your act together & find somebody that can correct this!!! Got better things to do then sit on the phone with you people & then you don't even correct the problem!!! So...frustrating!!!!

I called about an ougtage on my home telephone today (Saturday 3/29/14) and was told I would have to wait until Monday fro a service person if they could not fix the problem remotely.

This is the second time I have had this particular problem with my home phone. Two weeks ago the same problem occurred. Static on the line, no dial tone. It was raining then also.

Having a whole weekend without service is not good customer relations.

I have verbally been given two differant amounts for my final bill.have made numerous request for final bill mailed to me,today i call once again and im told my bill went to collections,proving their very quick to jump on your credit but just cant get me a final out before doing so.Thanks frontier.

I used to work for Frontier and I find it's interesting that this company is continually terminating good and dedicated employees on a weekly/monthly basis, yet they can keep their Fort Wayne Call center director who was recently arrested for domestic abuse against his wife. Obviously they have no morals since they find this is acceptable behavior....hmm

I have been with out a Phone since Sept 9 2013. I have been told so many lies its a pity. i now Verizon was bad too, but Frontier gad them bead.

8 days w/o phone service and no idea when it will get fixed after numerous calls to Frontier. Stay away if you can!

I have been trying to get Frontier to email my pin number, I didn't know I had one, so I may cancel my frontier service. I have made three calls and was told they would send the pin or the bill for last month; to date they have done nothing. They will not let me cancel without the pin so now I am stuck paying two bills for internet each month until these robbers get off their duffs and acturally help their customers. This company gas been a ripoff since they took over from Verizon.

I know now what it’s like to live in a 3rd world country. We have had issues with our phones since they became frontier. We go for days without a phone. Now, since the 10th of July; we have no phone,and they keep saying it will be 3 days or next Friday. They need to hire some more techs or sub out the work to qualified personal. I have lived in MD, VA, Ohio, NC, & NV. And with that being said; I never had this much trouble with a phone or even a power outage. Come on guys; take some pride in your service; we still live in the US of A.

need serviced repaired now...has been out 8 days waiting to hear rsvp about wedding and no one can call me..now what am I gonna do....invites were mailed last wed no phone service last Tuesday thru now
help asap now this is very poor service and I should not have to pay for phone service I can't use...... very bad way to do business.......I need repaired now.....

I am a Frontier customer and for a year have called there service to have the temporary wire that they ran on the top of the ground to my house Buried. they even put in there book a number to call if you are on temporary service over two weeks except they don't tell you there is NO PHONE AT THAT NUMBER.

I am a customer of frontier communication and lately the internet speed after 5pm is slow,For the past 5 weeks after 5pm cannot run without a several pauses,A standard low resolution video from youtube.I called over 10 times and tech say there is no problem in your area and frontier dropped off 3 7550 router boxes at my door step.During the storm of late 2011,I was out of internet service for 10 weeks,% weeks longer than my neighbor 1000ft from here,The problem ended up being they forget to wire me in,Though that time I called 25 to 40 times everyday and the customer service made several home tech service calls,No show 10 times waited for the service man, Billed me every month and had to scream and yell to get my money credited back to break even.What a company.When they took over from commonwealth they raised the rates 60% over 5 years and quality went down,Cannot even talk to a local person about a problem,Everyone knows NOTHING!True ethical depiction of the VALLEY.

I responded to a promotion to upgrade my internet speed from 6 mbs to 12 mbs, wow what a mistake that was there may an hour or two window in the middle of the night were it actually will run close to that.`Normally around 1.5 mbs or less down loa. there tech support says there servers are over loaded with no upgrades planned.

We've been without service for almost two weeks on the landline, unfortunatly, the computer is hooked up to telephone also. Frontier doesn't have any other service in this area for computer so we are hooked up thru tc3net.com. We've not had any real storms in our area (only cleared driveway once). For some reason, as I stated in an earlier letter, service has been lousy since Direc and Frontier split. At first, all was static, then a week (almost two weeks) the phone went completely dead. We called, they said they would fix in several days. Then I got voice mail on my cell phone saying the 5th it would be fixed. It was not. Called again and was told it would be the 6th. It was not. Today, the 7th, same thing but when we called, they said it was fixed, it was not. Now, they said the 9th. We were also told that a part that they needed was on order, this is the poorest service that I have ever gotten. What is going on? I believe that I may have to file a complant with the state of Mi.

Contacting Frontier is almost impossible. I need my land line repaired -AGAIN - and cannot call them BECAUSE I have NO SERVICE again. Took me an hour to connect via the internet to fill out a repair form. I am reporting Frontier to my state's attorney general consumer fraud department. I hope everyone else does the same. They have the monopoly here in western north carolina and we are being robbed! FYI: There is no such thing as cell service here in the mountains, that is why it is so important to have properly working telephone at home.

Frontier used to be with Direc tv, once it split with them, service has been static all the time, now we've been without service at all for nearly two weeks and get one excuse after another. We are in our seventies, need a landline and are extremely disatisfied with this phone company in general. I'm going to see if we have another service in our area, I think it's time to switch.

Same here. They are telling me that they can see that I am disconnecting frequently during the day. They say that they are sending someone out, but the issue remains unsolved. Could it be the equipment that they sent out for me to use?
