I have never-repeat NEVER-been so disappointed in dealing with any customer service. They make it impossible to speak with anyone on the phone. I'm beginning to think that they have no staff. Dropbox is not letting me delete files nor did it let me add more space to my account.

How are people in business supposed to function with the Dropbox service if there is no service! Dropbox and the management team stink!!!

Dropbox is a joke.

Worst customer service ever! Dropbox keeps deleting vital information for our business!! They have not explanation and provide no support to correct it! They told me how to restore the files, but I can only restore one file at a time...we have hundreds of thousands!!! I finally restored them all and 6 months later...happens again. Cannot get a human on the phone, no compensation,, no resolution.

Have been trying to reset my password for over 24 hours. I have typed it correctly every time but have not received any email with a link to change it. Also cannot find any email address of phone number to request support. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Your Customer Support Is A Joke. There Is None.
I Have Been Trying To Change My Email Address For 24 Hours With No Success. I Originally Typed In The Wrong Email And When I Tried To Change It To The Correct One, It Said That That Email Had Already Been Used. How Do I Change It To The Correct Email Address?
You Publish A Phone Number But When Contacted, The Message Says That You Will No Talk To Anyone! What Kind Of Support Is This?

Just like so many other companies out there now, NO ONE has a telephone number listed on their website and more and more of them are not even listing an email address. I haven't had problems with Dropbox...YET. I wanted to contact to let them know about a situation I thought they might be interested in knowing about...but I can't find a telephone number OR an email address. If they have either, it's not readily evident on their main page or anywhere in my account information. And after reading all the problems so many are having with it, I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!! We are a large team in real estate and mysteriously ALL our critical info is gone and there is no trace of a human being working with this company . There is no one to assist us this is BULLSH*T. We will be canceling right away. Thanks for the GIANT headache !!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Important client files are disappearing for no reason. There is no human to talk to. For such a large company, your service is terrible. I need to back up my files then cancel your service.

I was happily using Drop Box until one day, I was told I did not have any more room. So I deleted two big files, and have basically nothing left. Not only does it not update where I can share with my parent sender more pictures but what I transferred is missing all pictures but 12. Why is this happening?

It seems that you don't want my business because no one wants to answer my question or talking to me. I can't check my account status and paid $99.00 but unable to use drop box. Never again to use Drop Box.

I cannot get my information from Dropbox which was back up from my iPad notes. I can't remember which email address I used. How would retrieved this information? Is there someone that I can call to verify the information was sent by me?

dont bother calling the number listed for customer support .... they redirect you to the website. pretty crappy

No offense, but the tech support or lack thereof is THE worst I've EVER come across for a website service such as yours. I tried numerous times to log onto my account with the 4 digit code. Every time you send me a new code it says "invalid" code or time has expired. This happened so many times that I am now locked out for 24 hours!!!!! Not being able to speak to a live person to resolve this issue is UNACCEPTABLE. I have files that I needed to upload to a client immediately, and now I can't! After I cool down, I will cancel your service!!!!

Have been trying to cancel for over 2 weeks. Worse website I have ever seen. I have left several messages and tried to e-mail to no avail. Received notice that trial is up in 48 hours and I will be charged, Better not or I will be in touch with BBB.

What a worthless customer service and tech support operations they have. Tech support via email is 1-3 day response. When I finally did find the tech support phone (thru contact help) I get a voicemail saying we cannot help you at this time. and to go to our website, which is 1-3 day response.

please call me to resolve this issue. At one time I attempted to open an account with Dropbox but I cancelled out of the program before I had finalized it.

Now, I'm trying to open a new account and your system states that my e-mail address,

is not valid. On another one of your screens it states that my e-mail address is already in use. No matter what I attempt to do, I can't open a new account with your company to up load pictures.



All that I want to do is to open an account. Can you check this out and call me.
