DHL Blows! they dont care about my package or yours! The Drivers dont even need a license. I Just my ass rode for 6 miles by a dhl driver switching lanes speeding and giving me the bird!! Ill NEVER use dhl again and im a huge package supplier to companys such as these bums!!!!! Just the driver and his actions make me never wanna use there service ever again. I HIGHLY suggest you do the same!

"I don't have tracking number but I can give all other details. can you help"
the customer service representative said and i quote "no we are not here to help you. thats not our job" :)

DHL is not a good delivery service!!! I dont understand why any companies would use them!! Ive been waiting a while for my package to come and online it says that they cant track my package! How am i supposed to know where my package is if i cant even track it?!?!?! I was going to call the 800 number but peope say its not worth it. i want to know where my package is and i did pay for it. I would reccomend NOT using DHL
Using the 800 # I was able to ask for representative (live person) and she had the tracking # I had previously spoken in the systen (so I didn't have to "start over")
Although she didn't have a reason why the delivery hadn't been made she did make notes and was helpful.
WORST COMPANY EVER! I have no clue why any company uses them to ship purchases to customers. I bought a bracelet from an online website and they gave me the tracking link to DHL. A week or so later it said it was 'delivered' to the postal code V7A 4V0 which is no where near where I live. And right underneath it on the same page was my full correct address with my correct postal code as well. So they had it but still somehow delivered to somewhere else. I have emailed them probably 10 times already over the past several weeks with absolutely no reply and tomorrow I will try calling to see if that will help with anything. I wouldn't be surprised if they just took my package and pretended they delivered it. Why are they a shipping company when they cannot ship things properly? DHL is a complete joke.
Everything you read is true. This company is AWFUL. The package was missshiped, as shown in their website. Requestes to the e-mail customer service will NOT be answered. There is NO phone to call. I did track it down via a local DHL office, but all it tells you is to contact your shipper. What crap, the shipper can only see the same tracking info I can. The service is non-existant. It is just awful. The only part that worked right was the part where they took my money.
The representative was nice and solved my problem. didn't have to wait at all and when choosing through options when i first called the voice record understood everything i said instead of having to press the numbers corresponding. emailing inquire did not give me good service though, still waiting for an email back.
have tracking number,but constanily told no tracking info,sent email no reply,cannot contact anyone,all they are good for is telling us how great they are and what products they offer,if they convince themselfshow great they are maybe one day they will deliver what they promise SERVICE and find my parcel
Got bad experience with dhl especially if the package will be in the philippines they will hold in the costumes and they will charge more
Than the value of item u send. So I advice not to use dhl. Ti much charge in the costume. Thats my opinion. Dhl is good but when it goesto costumes thats worse they get money to people.
I order from China with UPS before and it took roughly 5 days (not bad). I then used DHL (huge mistake). If you live in south florida...do not use DHL..you have been warned. My package was incorrectly shipped from Miami to Argentina and then back to MIami. They put my package through customs and then told me it will be delivered by christmas eve...woow. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Bullnumber. Wait time never decreases, they leave you on hold until you get tired of waiting. There's a message playing saying you can 'leave a message, press 1' . After pressing 1, the recording tells you to 'dial the extension of the party if you know it. Press 1 for a company directory. Our office hours are blah blah blah. Thank you for your continued business.' THEN HANGS UP ON YOU.
THIS NUMBER, HANGS UP ON YOU. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DHL, DO NOT CALL.
It took 12 days for a small package, containing a single DVD, to travel from Carson, California to Beverly Hills, California - both cities within Los Angeles County - 12 DAYS! A separate package (also containing a single DVD), shipped via USPS from a different vendor on the same date, arrived in 1/3 the time. When first vendor used USPS, single-DVD packages would arrive within 2-3 days.

I was Tracking My Package from China. I ordered it on the 9th of Sept 2012. There was some confusion reading the tracking bill, so I dialed Customer Service..(The 800 # AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE).After the automated voice guy did his introduction, I simply said "speak to an agent" within seconds I was Speaking with Elisa ext 3822. She was quite helpful with taking care of all my needs and answering all of my questions. I was told that this Package was to be recieved 3-5 days after processing my order. It will be here today thanks to DHL. I am not sure what all of the poor reviws are about as I found nothing to be consistent with the complaints regarding delivery,the dispatch,and the customer service.
