I purchased a power washer 2 years ago and it has not worked correctly in months. It will not start and the pull cord to start the engine no longer engages. The worst part is I have not been able to speak to a live person to help. I used to think Craftsman was the best. That is no longer true. I have paid too much money for power equipment that does not perform or last.

Wanted to buy a pitchfork.
Craftsman's product was inferior...made in china...bad welds, not symmetrical, wood handle and cost twice as much as a competitor with a fiberglass handle.
Very disappointed!

i have a craftsman riding mower. in september 2020, the frame broke--both sides. mower is completely inoperable. 1st tech verified problem and ordered new frame to be installed by 2nd tech. 2nd tech says craftsman doesn't do this repair but a replacement mower will be provided even though my warranty had expired. three months, over 30 calls, and a lifetime on hold, still no word from craftsman. today i talked with two different local companies that carry craftsman and neither would get involved because of black & decker custom service practices. my next step is to contact ky & conn. AG.

the customer service i have tried to get is terrible. i have emailed customer care 5 times without a response. i have 3 50ft garden black rubber hoses that have gone bad. when i purchsed them from sears along time ago i was told i had a life time warranty. when i tried to get some type of answer. i recieve nothing
