Ordered two dinner plates today. Food was fabulous. Wait was long. But main concern was when we got home our portions were child portions. We were disappointed in that we paid $33 for child's portions. If it hadn't been for getting extra side orders, we wouldn't have gotten some food . Called manager, he said oh well, you should've bought them back before you ate them. I told him it was a long trip, and we were hungry. It was late and we didn't want to fight traffic and drive back and fight traffic coming back home......he didn't seem concerned. His name is Brian. CBO197 restaurant 30.46 mesquite tx. I asked him could he at least reimburse us with one free meal, he laughed said, you ate them. We were hungry I said. He was not at least interested in trying to get me back as a customer again, even though I told him we visit this establishment at least two three times a week . He also told me to check my contents next time I come back. Is that rude or what.

Cracker Barrel Kingman Arizona 6: pm Tuesday December 10th 2919
The most Awful food ever ordered at any restaurant
We asked the server how is the meat loaf it looked good in the menu picture she replied I hear it is good
We received it and it looked like a pile of liquid with all grease poured over it with a side of cooked apples that where not cooked
the meat loaf tasted so bad we just paid and walked out.
Became very sick within hours of eating this stuff
We will never go near a dump like this again and are considering a law suit due to the sickness from this poison dish served to us

We have been eating at Cracker Barrel for years. I understand prices do go up. Now it has become almost impossible for my husband and myself to eat there. We are retired senior citizens, with a fixed income who would like to continue eating there. We however are seeing we are going to have to stop because of price increases. Cracker Barrel really needs to come up with a senior citizens discount. There are a lot of seniors who eat at Cracker Barrel. We have really enjoyed the food for years, even years before we retired. It would be a real shame we would have to stop eating at Cracker Barrel, which is something we love to do. Please take this in to consideration. I am sure there are a lot more seniors who feel the same way.

I am staying at my daughters home in Ft Thomas Ky... I had ordered cracker barrel on Tuesday night when I arrived and the order was perfect.. it was so wonderful I thought I would order from there again tonight (Thursday)... someone else picked up the food for me as I do not know my way around. When the food arrived.. it was three dinners of all different stuff.. with many side items. I called the restaurant to speak to a manager .. after being on hold for 7 minutes my call was disconnected. I immediately called back and ask for a manager.. the young lady said I'm a manager my name is Michelle.. so I explained what had happened.. expecting her to say.. come back and we will have your order ready.. that did not happen. She told me that she was actually the person who made the mistake and it was because the name Stafford and Prather sounded the same! I don't see how but that was her answer.. she wanted to know if I paid for what I had ordered.. when I told her yes, the amount paid was correct.. her answer then was .. well you just got more food than you had ordered! REALLY! I certainly did.. I ordered sugar cured ham with sweet potato casserole.. what I received was meat loaf dinners and chicken and dumplings and of course no sweet potato casserole. Maybe your company should offer a speaking class.. that way people such as Michelle might be able to differentiate an S from a P.. Stafford and Prater are no where close! I just wanted to vent for a moment.. and to let someone know I was BERY disappointed.

I done at your store in pearl, ms quite regularly but this past Friday eve was the pits. The fried chicken was tasty but very dry. The mashed potatoes were dry enough you could make potatoes sticks. The meat loaf wasn't seasoned and also dry. And my waitress brought drinks one time and by that time we were finished. Sorry for complaints. Its always been great till now.

My husband and I went to Lexington , NC store. I asked waitress if you used real American cheese and she said yes. So I ordered the cheese omelet. But I got processed American cheese. Yuck. Why? I would never of thought your restaurant would of served fake. If that is what you are choosing why not offer real for an up charge . Processed food is not health for someone with cancer. So can you tell me is this practice at all your restaurant's? If so I will need to find other places to eat breakfast .

Absolutely the worst customer service ever dealt with !! Tried to call and place order for two porch rocking chairs .. had a $25.00 off per chair promo.. tried to call and place order on phone 5 separate times.. leaving my phone number as promised would receive a return call as an in line call. Not one time did anyone from Cracker Barrel or any affiliates return my call.. please note that I waited for st least 30 minutes each time I called prior to requesting call back .. so now of course the $25.00 promo pet chair is over and myself and four siblings are still trying to get thru as this is gift our parents ask us for .. if it were up to me.. Cracker Barrel would have list all of my business forever !

I personally think just store number two in Lebanon Tennessee needs a real overhaul four at the guest actually saying what the kitchen looks like I don't believe they would want to eat there these cooks to do a better job of keeping the area clean for it is not only a safety hazard it is a health hazard and is just plum nasty they mess up the floors and throw food on the floor all kinds of stuff on the floor without trying to clean it up and leave it for the night maintenance and I'd like to try to do their job for them I think it is very sad the Cracker Barrel management allows these cooks to get Away with what they are doing some other night maintenance crew they finish their job around 1 o'clock in the morning and then they take a nap and go to sleep till about four I think this is ethically wrong and something should be done with the cooks and the night maintenance staff I pray and hope that this will not end up there with my job and I get fired for speaking my opinion

We have been to a number of Cracker Barrels all over the USA. Today we went to Clinton, New Jersey which has always been our favorite. Not any more. The portion size of my husband's fish was 1 very small piece. We received 1/2 portions of grits. The gravy for the biscuits was tasteless and like colored water. A total disappointment. They told us that's the portion. Well 2 days before we were in Mount Laurell, NJ and the portions were great much different. The bathrooms both mens and woman's were a disgrace in Clinton. Mount Laurel perfect. My experience with Cracker Barrel in Clinton, NJ was gross, I am not sure we will ever go back there.

I placed an order online on Dec 4, 2016, and the Cracker Barrel website froze and did not give me a confirmation.

I checked the bank statement, and there was multiple billings from Cracker Barrel.

So I sent an inquiry requesting for only one order, and received at ticket number

Waited and waited and the order did not arrive, so on Dec 27, 2016 I called Cracker Barrel. Lady who answered the phone said they did not receive my order.

I was NOT informed about anything that went wrong with the order when the email reply came from . But whoaaa...money was deducted from my bank account so I am certainly not happy.

Cracker Barrel just lost a loyal customer.

For several years I have bought my calendar at your store. I get the one called 'Porches'. This year you did not carry it. I am extremely disappointed.

We ate Thanksgiving dinner at your Lacey Lake View. First we were told an hour an ten minutes. Then an hour and a half layer I was told another hour. Then when I asked again an hour later I was told a further half hour. I know a table of 6 takes time but when you tell them from the start you have elderly diabetic parents in your party one would think we should seat them soon. Nope we waited over three hours. I love Cracker barrel but you really need to listen especially when your staff is told of a medical condition.

Had the worst service at Cracker Barrel . Our server was Tarmika. She would roll her eyes every time we asked for something . We also heard her mumble something under her breath as she walked away from our table. We will not be going back to that Cracker Barrel again .

Love cracker barrel and eat there quit often. I do have a request. I love the blackberry ice tea. I know other people who also like it. Would you consider adding it to the regular menu? Thank you so much.

Posted by Mad in Tiney Park, IL.

On Oct.15,2016 we dined in the Tinley Park, Il. location. When the food arrived the eggs and sausage were cold, and the sausage dried out. The bacon on the plate was perfect. I told the waitress and she took the plate to make it again. The eggs and sausage was then good, but the bacon was limp and not cooked at all. I called over the manager and told him, and he said to me, " you don't want to eat this bacon?" I told him it was raw, and I was afraid I would get sick if I ate it. He took the bacon and then brought out 3 new pieces. Two were burnt, and 1 was good. I noticed the waitress and the manager starting to avoid coming near my table so I left the bad food and ate the good food. On the way out I passed the manager, and told him 2 of the pieces of bacon was burnt. He just stared at me, and did not apologize or try to make the bad experience right. I paid for the meal and left. It ruined our morning.

Dear Crackerbarrel,

What happened with Cracker Barrel extra sharp cheese. I recently purchase the sharp cheese in the red wrapping, it was one step below Velveter. The cheese that use to have a somewhat crumbly texture to it was like rubber. After years of eating this cheese, I will find another brand. So sad. Just in case I got a bad batch, I have 2/3 of the pack left because my dog wouldn't eat it either. Richard Michel

We have gone to Cracker Barrel many times and have enjoyed the food and excellent service. We noticed that the service was starting to go downhill. We decided to give them one more chance to see if the service had improved. We waited 50 minutes for our food. The waiter blamed the kitchen for the delay. However, when other people who got there after us were getting their food before us, we realized that maybe he did not turn our order in. He brought my husband his biscuits without the rest of the order. When the food finally came my husband did not get his hash browns and I did not get my toast. When he brought my toast it was not wheat toast it was white toast. He wanted to take it back and asked if I wanted butter and jelly. I told him forget it. We told the cashier and she wanted to get the manager but we said no because we will not be coming back to Cracker Barrel ever. We told her that the employee needs more training.

We own a house here in SW Ohio & also in E. Kentucky, my question is will Cracker Barrel ever build a store/restaurant in that area. The Paintsville, Ky. area to be specific. Has the population for one & many small local towns. Other than one Bob Evans & numerous fast food restaurants that are over crowded & under staffed with not very good food. The closest Cracker Barrel is in Lexington, Ky. & that is little over an hour away. A Cracker Barrel in the Paintsville, Ky. area would be greatly appreciated & definitely have a lot of guests all the time! Thank you, Geneva Morgan.

I am a long-time loyal customer, and recently lost my job. I was hoping they would be some coupons you could send me to help alleviate my situation.
