I visited Costco warehouse store in North riverside on May 20 2017, Il, I am trying to find the coconut cookie(item 167434), which should be available based on the monthly coupon flyer, however, I couldn't find it in the store, I asked several costco employee, and one told me to check aisle 301, so, following her suggestion, I checked aisle 301, but I could not find it. another one told me to check aisle 303, I checked, it was not in there, then the third one told me to ask the person in red jacket working in the service desk, so I go to the desk and ask that lady and she told me the cookie was near the cooler area, I went there to check, it was not in there, then I came back to the service desk, the lady ask one employee to find the cookie for me, so I wait and wait, then the guy came back and ask me for the item number to check whether it was available, then he told me there should be 200 bags hiding in somewhere in the store, he will keep to find it for me, I am very appreciated for his help and keep waiting, finally he came back with nothing, then the lady in red jacket told me the cookie was not available in the store. When I heard this, I feel so bad since I had been walking around and keeping waiting for more than two hour, if anyone in the store told me the truth and issued me a rain check, I will feel happy to leave. But after keeping the customer for two hour, then saying it was not available, that apology was not acceptable. so I terminated my costco membership immediately as My answer to their service. My suggestion to Costco is, their employee should be trained well and realize that "anyone's time is valuable". My feeling is their service attitude went down and down. I hope this could draw attention to the Costco CEO.

Hello

I would like to suggest that you improve the returns and customer service department in the East Bayamon Store in Puerto Rico (#363).

On Friday, March 17 I purchased several items. By mistake a bought the wrong HP ink cartridges. I realized my mistake when I got to my car, and walked back to the store immediately. Then my torture began. First, I had to wait in the returns line. Then the employee in the returns department told me to go to the customer service department in front of the cash registers. There I had to wait a long time in line again. I thought the the customer service employee was going to ask another employee to get the product that I wanted. Instead he asked me to get my product myself. When I returned, he asked to wait in line again. This was the 3rd time that I had to wait in line.

The reason I am writing this is because I have been a loyal Costco customer for many years. However, my experience today was very, very disappointing.

Cordially,

Cristina Guerra

my wife bought a washer and dryer, free installation, what a joke!
Needed parts weren't included, supposed installers barely spoke english, one not at all.
Appliances took way too long to arrive, then several hours late without a phone call or anything, as if we can afford to waste a full day waiting. Now, the washer and dryer are just sitting there, waiting for me to go to home depot and purchase the items needed for installation, and do the whole job myself. Just what the heck did I buy from Costco for anyway? A bunch of frustration, waiting, and aggravation, and ending up doing it all myself anyway. Costco is lame lame lame, I'm just going somewhere else from now on. I'm dissatisfied beyond words. No, I'm not giving my name so Cosco can target me for retaliation.

Ridiculous! I have never had an issue at Costco and my family and I spend hundreds, if not thousands every month.. but tonight was the exception and you will be losing not just one, but numerous accounts because of the way your employees handled a very minor issue. Held up a line instead of pulling me to the side regarding a card issue? Plus your foul mouth, rude, sloppy excuse for of a cashier and supervisor.. need better training! I had my wife's card in hand, which has never been an issue. If anything I pay for the entire account! I understand that there is store protocol and employees must abide by it.. but when you handle paying customers in a manner they did. You lose money not for the night, but forever. Embarrassing customers, because they are not the person on the card.. before even bothering to ask why and or if I am even listed on the account!? I left and I am canceling both my account and credit card in the morning. FAIL!

Hi, I just spent quite a while trying to find a place to contact customer service for the main headquarters of Costco and it's been super hard I finally got to this and I'm not even sure where it's going but I would like to make a couple comments and suggestions. I was at the Federal Way Washington Costco the other day and I would like to suggest changing the area where you go in to wait to talk to the man working in the back it's like a long hallway there's nowhere to sit and it's the first time I've ever been in there and the music Led Zeppelin to be exact was just blaring and when I went to the counter I had to wait while two men talked back there and while I was talking with the man about my situation the other man was gracious enough to walk over and turn the music down it's very unprofessional to have music in your business that loud and to distract the workers from the customers that area needs to be revamped its very customer unfriendly.
The other thing is I called the Tukwila Costco today to ask some questions about my car I called at 8:30 and 9:30 and just recently at 1:30 p.m. and there is no answer and I called the Tukwila Costco Administration staff and talk to the lady she told me they must be busy that's why they're not answering I asked about a answering machine she said no they don't have one so may I please suggest that something is worked out where they do have an answering machine where customers can leave a message I am really busy during the day watching for grandchildren I have to work around them to make phone calls and it may be somebody in charge of answering the phone periodically Maybe or taking turns thank you loyal customer to Costco

Your Rancho Cordova store in Sacramento, CA is a great store but the other day actually it was in the evening My husband and myself and my two grandkids ages 7 and 10 were walking by what looks to be the employee parking area. And while strolling by one blue Nissan pick up profanity and a very strong smell of marijuana was coming from the cab of that truck. It was so bad the kids were asking what that smell was and I had to cover their ears from the foul language coming from the young man later described. As Adam Russel by a fellow employee of his. Like I said I love the store but I will refuse to go back there if this the type of help you wish to employ.

recently joined costco & visited the augusta store yesterday. I am handicapped & was shocked at the carts for the handicapped. Not many available and the one that was, was held together by duck tape and dirty, practically impossible to sit in. I spent
the evening in pain due to this situation. The store should visit any grocery store such as Walmart,Kroger, Publix,Sams, and others to see that they are more considerate to handicapped customers. I would like to shop at costco but may have to decline.

Dear Sir or madame I am writing you because I have issue with the Costco that I work in. I have been a member of Costco for almost 30 yrs when it was called at that time Price Club. I have been working for the company CDS and it is a job that I truly enjoy. But when I started working the CDS office was at the back of the store. It was okay we had space for our carts and supplies. Than they moved us to the front and I don't think anyone really thought about what they were doing. So I am here to tell you that that was a BIG mistake. You see we are right in front of the rest rooms so when we have to get our carts ready with the supplies we are in the members way. Not only that Costco puts all the empty boxes on one of the orange carts I guess that what you would call it and leaves it park there. Than the employees of Costco not only have their lockers in the same hall way but their break room is also there. Than the little private room for women to breast feed their babies is also there. Their isn't a day that someone either with a scooter or a shopping cart bumps into our carts. The store that I work at is in Austin Texas off the 183 by breaker. They tell us in our meetings that Costco wants us out there and have our samples out as soon as possible but it is hard when we have to get our ovens, microwaves, skillets or dasie pots ready. And our cooking and serving items ready. No matter how hard we try to be ready some of us have to stop get out of the way let the members pass to go to the restroom. I don't think it is safe and it is a accident waiting to happen. While I am at it why do you give the CDS people a real small office when we have tables, chairs, Large carts, pans, skillets, coffee makers, ovens, microwaves, our supplies like forks, cups spoons and our products that we have to demo for that day. It is again unsafe and very crowed. I have to say that who ever came out with the idea to hand out samples was a genius. So many people have told us that one of the reason that they join Costco was because of the samples that we hand out. They can try the product first before they by it. So if you can find a simple way to help us we would really appreciated. Sorry for making this letter long but before closing I want you to know that the main manager of the Costco that I work in his first name is John and right now I can say that he is a very sweet and nice person.

We buy a lot of bakery goods ( bread, cookies, cakes etc), recently it came to my knowledge that ingredient diglycerides and monoglycerides come from either animal, plant or synthetic fat. Can you please tell me what does your products contain.

Thanks,
Heena

While driving down a neighborhood street, I accidentally rolled over a political campaign sign lying in the road. It became hung up under my car. A passerby stopped to help me and we yanked the sign out, not knowing what kind of damage was created. He suggested I stop at a nearby Costco on Peachtree and put the car up on a lift to examine the underside.

Ed and Darayl were gracious and kind as they assisted me. We happily discovered that there was no major damage underneath my car. These two gentlemen are a welcome asset to the Costco service department!

your employee, Corey, in the liquor store portion of the Costco on Peachtree Dunwoody Rd in Sandy Springs, GA is a great asset and a credit to the store. Friendly and knowledgable about the products. Very satisfied with his services.

Blistering mad. Unable to renew on line for some BS reason!!!

Coming to your membership maybe convenient for you but I am disabled and can't make the 150 mile round trip right now because I can't drive. And while I am on the subject of disabled you would think that the largest retailer in the country could ad a couple of electric scooters to the ones ( that are in poor repair) at your Portland location at 138th street. Not happy.

I had taken my 94 year old father to Costco Brookfield Connecticut today. The card he just recieved from my sibling was used in the gas pump and declined. Went to customer service desk Talked to a young woman whom said nothing is wrong with the card and made him a new one. WHile my dad and I walked around buying items we decided its time to check out . Again the card is declined. Went to same young lady who then gave us to Jordan. Jordan did not seem to be able to fix the problem. I asked Jordan to contatct Debbie Osullivan the manager. Jordan went to see debbie who said the card was no longer valid and that three names on the card were different than in her system. I called my sibling on the cell phone and he talked to Jordan. I asked him to again talk to Ms Ossulivan and instead of coming and speaking to us sent over a Cassie Assistant Manager. She seemed very unprofessional an kept blaming it on my brothers information in the system. My brother while talking to Jordan explained that he was in five times to try to fix his card information as well.Cassie says the card is fixed yet refused to show us on a cash register not at the membership desk that the card will work. Noe did she put my fathers picture on the card. Almost two hours was spent on this and nothing seems resolved. I told my family this is one reason I tend to like shopping at BJ's instead of Costco. To many problems and not many knowledgeable people .

I want to commend a young man at the checkout counter who was helping load and unload my purchases. He noticed that I had not selected an item that I thought was what I was buying. This young man, Jarred..., offered to go all the way to the back of the store and get the correct item for me. I want to say thank you to Jarred who works at our closest Costco in Cumming, Georgia. I would like to know if it's true...I was told by a sale's associate, that the Sarah Young, Jesus Calling book was "pulled" from the store & that I Might be able to get it on line. It's a sad day if in deed you have "pulled" this wonderful book for religious purposes. Is it because it offends/offended someone or some group. We'll, I tell you I'm offended if your company has "pulled" this book for that reason. I am a person & my group counts too! My membership is up for renewal & I'm strongly considering not to renew with Costco & go to Sam's. It's a sad day in America if this book has been "pulled " for religious reasons. What's next??? This is how Hitler started...one little book at a time. Please tell me this is not so. Thank you for your time to listen & read. Very concerned in Texas.

I would like to know why Costco wardhouses do not establish at least one checkout stand so customers with only one or a few items can pay for their items without having to have to stand in line behind someone with a huge cart load.

In-store Customer Service (not identified by signage, not always manned) in the Cumming, GA store directed my to an easily overlooked device on the wall by the coffee dispensers holding information to contact COSTCO regarding customer suggestions, etc. I retrieved a form on my way out of the store and tried to use the feedback address "Costco.com/Warehousefeedback.html". Google will take me to the Canada options, but nothing for United States. I cannot find any other means of contacting Costco Customer Service other than this site.

As a member of Costo for several years, I am very disappointed in the pricing in your meat department. I am a comparitive shopper who diligently compares prices of meat per pound at many stores. On average your meat departments prices are 30 to 50 cents higher per pound than certain stores. I have not seen any posted sales since I've been a member. Is your meat department considered a seperate entity then the rest of the store? It would be well appreciated if this issue could be researched and possibly corrected. I frequent your store ( in Commack N.Y.) 2 to 3 times a week. Your response will be vital in my up coming decision to rejoin as a member. Thank you for your time.

I received email yet the TO: field in the email is not mine it says 'TO when you click to do a survey to get a $50.00 Costco GIFT - Card. This is suspicious to me. Is your company sending out emails for gift cards if you fill out a survey? The email also says for today Oct 10 only. If not, I thought you may want to know this is going on?

Costco Naples Florida Horrible Customer Service, bad store manager and regional manager. Refuses to accept failures for employees unprofessional actions, refuses to offer apology. Having been a member since 1993 I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from management and bad employees. No wonder why Costco has so many complaints against it and is starting to lose money.

It appears that Sams club will be getting my business from now on.

Costco is a store selling merchandise, not a recycling center. Costco needs to discontinue recycling program IMMEDIATELY. It makes the return line much much longer. And customer (returning merchandise) has to suffer waiting in long lines with people bringing recycling stuffs.
