good Afternoon,
today on the 5.10.2012 at 3.32pm i called the blockbuster store at conder in canberra and i have never in my life experienced such lazy service.
i called in regards to a text message i had recieved earlier today at 2.55pm informing me that i had an overdue dvd
now i am quite certain that i had returned all dvds so therefore i called the conder blockbuster to find out what is going on.
at first i spoke to a young girl by the name of "maddie" who seemed very lost and very bland over the phone she said i had two accounts under my name and then changed her mind and then she started reading out my fees which i was not after at all! i then asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and she informed that there wasnt one present...WHAT KIND OF STORE EMPLOYS SOMEONE WITH A WORK ETHIC SUCH AS THIS GIRL AND LEAVES HER UNSUPERVISED! the phone was handed over to someone else by the name of "marissa" i asked her if she was the superviser and she identified herself as "the oldest one here" ...so not only is there a clueless teenager unsupervised, there is an older woman thinking that age is more important over experience.
she told me the exact same thing as maddie did and i did not need to know that so i asked for the head office number which she didnt give me and said with great rudeness "you cant either call back at 6 when the supervisors here otherwise your stuck with me" honestly what kinda of service is this?
i have always up held a high respect for blockbuster however this is unacceptable! i have never had such rude and lazy service, if these two ladies are the representation of block buster then some action should definitely be taken!
