Went to the AutoZone on North Main to get a part that I ordered and found out it got cancel. But the manager Chanell B.was very helpful with calling and seeing the reason why and was able to reorder for me. She was very patient with me. Thanks again for the help.

I went to the Store in Freeport Tx last night around 5pm to buy spark plugs. I was told I couldn't change them that I had to go to a shop. He was dark skinned and spoked with an accent. I went to O'rileys got my parts and put them in just fine.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
Check to see that your receipt figures match the shelf price.
On a number visits to Autozone of Seatac Wa. serveral items on my list registered a higher price at the counter than on the shelves, all price errors favored Autozone. Previous price errors were corrected without issue but with the latest visit when I mentioned to customer service the difference in price the clerk totally ignored the difference and continued to process the transaction. (he heard me) Afterwards, he develops an attitude bc he now has to go through the return process as if I originally did not make him aware of the store problem with shelf and counter prices.
Autozone employs one "Robert C", I have never come across a more inept customer service person than this one.
If anyone were ever in need of a crash course in customer service its this imbecile.

To whom it may concern-

Let me begin by saying this not a complaint, but a cyber high five, so relax and enjoy ...

My Auto Zone is in Firestone, Colorado, I have shopped there for years. Orileys coincidentally is across the street, literaly, and I've never been in there, no need to. As you know comments are far and few in between compliments probably fewer still. With our own agendas to deal with and constant time mangement on our minds most of us will pass on writing a review, however , I am so pleased with an employee of yours that I've prioritized her recognition .

Her name is Val, and she is the reason I've never been across the street - In the worst snow storms, realizing we're out of windshield washer fluid or antifreeze, or just can find the scraper, the stores open, and there forever smiling is val - I restore 60s / 70s muscle cars for hobby. no matter what vintage , hard to find, obscure part I'm trying to get, she'll exhaust every avenue to find it for me. She knows my name, my cars, and shares my passion, I've never seen her upset, rude, or critical. The store is spotless, organized and friendly The store says Auto Zone - but it should say "VAL'S " please take the time to tell her Thanks , I do everytime I'm in the store.

I have a car that I purchased from the previous owner and the battery is a value craft and the date on the side is 11/16 and the battery is bad. Called the store near me and they said that they can't warranty it for me. This is the second time for them to say this. It's not right. Could someone please contact me

I went to the store on Clinton Avenue in Minneapolis, MN (Store # 3099). Salvador helped me, and he was a godsend! He removed my non-working battery and installed a new one in sub-zero temperatures--all without complaint and with a friendly attitude. He also ran a test to see why my engine light was on, even without me asking him to. I was so impressed by Salvador's service and so very thankful for his willingness to help. What an excellent employee.

This is to say,the reason why i have asked for a belt to bypass the ac compresser. Said was two different types. There are for my car at this point, but the way he explained sounded as if it were two belt to do the job... new when I was getting the belt a accident happen I was handed a 75"size belt, I need the smaller 60.5" belt. Not a big deal but to go back to your store was a twenty minutes deal hope the other car started or have to walk a mile an half. But thing's happen. Another part that might help you to get more sales is to offer delivery of the order part's, if the person who bought lives withen three miles away from the store. Might help the buyer feel as though the store cares about them knowin that you deliver to shops an they get discounts we do not have.

One of your female drivers in a red Jeep almost hit my car on 11/21/16 at around 1:30 because she was on her cell phone. Hopefully u would solve this so no gets hit

On the email, it was stated 20% off for veterans. When I get to your website, I find that the order has to be 100 or more - deceptive. Also, on your website when you click on something like truck and towing, it doesn't allow you to scroll down - it loses the page.

On Monday night SEPTEMBER 26,2016 I purchased from your store location #5714 in which the employee Eric L. Guided my wife and I into the worst possible experience with this company Autozone we have ever had. I personally have not ever received the type of unprofessional service like we last night. My wife goes in twice. The first time was to wash her hands in which she had to ask for Assistance and there was no one else in the store but her and two coworkers (Eric L. And other employee). I noticed that Eric L.stayed behind the register staring at her walk through the store as did the other looking her up and down. I send her back in for a 2nd time to ask for someone to help us put in the brake lights. My wife went in and again, were not assisted. She looked through the parts manual while being stared at again in a prejudiced way by Eric L. behind the counter. She then finally went up to the other employee and asked if there was anyone who could help with replacing a light. The employee proceeded to tell her that "we can and we do depending on if it's hard or easy to put in the car, but were not doing anything now because it's dark." While he was explaining this Eric L. approaches them, does not even introduce himself, and with attitude, jumps in saying "yeah we don't do anything in the dark. But she can come back in the morning when the others will be here." My wife tells them okay and thank you and leaves the store. I then go in to borrow a tool so that I can change it myself because my wife had a 4 hour drive by herself that night for her work. After retrieving a tool, Erik proceeded to come on out to the car and help me, not knowing that my wife and I were together. When he came out my wife asked a serious question. Instead of answering, Erik L seemed to have lost all professionalism and accused my wife of having an attitude and continued speaking to us in a disrespectful and threatening manner that was completely unacceptable. He did this by turning to her with an smart attitude and saying "if you're going to have an attitude then I dont have to do anything for you." I was offended because my wife simply asked him a question in which I also just was curious to know. After explaining to him she had no attitude (as he had no right to assume and accuse in the first place) he then explained to her that "the process is a little difficult so I'm here helping your husband." He said this in the nastiest way towards my wife. When my wife tells him thank you he proceeds to ignore her with attitude as if she was nothing. I say this because, my wife then starts talking to me and asking a question that had nothing to do with Him, however Eric L. takes it upon himself to make yet another rude comment at my wife in front of my face while. He proceeds to talk about my wife in front of her to me as if I was a stranger or one of his gossip buddies stating as he was trying to unscrew a light "hey man she must want to mess this up and stop me from helping you." We both looked at him because he interrupted the conversation my wife and I were having to say this which again was extremely unprofessional and beyond disrespectful. My wife finally lost her cool and told him to get away from our car and that we did not want his help. He then quickly took off mouthing back at my wife very rudely and going back with her as she said a few choice words in which we both apologize for. The entire time Eric L was provoking my wife to anger by the rude comments and attitude he continued to give her, while including me in the conversation as if she was some trash on the street that had wondered to autozone. As service members of the United States armed forces, we do not pay you our hard working money in order to be disrespected in a prejudiced manor by an employee who is Supposed to be there to HELP and not talk about, threaten, and disrespect my family. This was completely unacceptable and I am pushing for action to be taken in regards to this employee Eric L at store #5714, and his terrible customer service. Again, Ive never experienced anything like this at an autozone until coming to this one last night for the 1st because we are new residents of Oxnard. I came back to return the items in which he stated the system was down due to closing, again with an disrespectful attitdue. I also told him that I did not appreciate the way that he spoke to or treated my wife and that i would be speaking to his manager in the morning. He proceeded to mouth at me and when I turned my back for a second I caught him aggressively throwing his fist up at me and jumping on the other side of the door. Then he walked behind the register, quickly jumped his cell phone to call someone, I imagine to hurry up and tell his side of the story before we could see anyone the next day. I will never bring my business here again and almost went to NAPA. Now I see why. As far as the company, I'm not sure about staying with Autozone. You all have to do better with bringing in employees that you are allowing into the system. They do have personality tests that companies use for hire to measure your employees integrity amongst other personality traits. This in turn helps to eliminate people that would be unfit for the job such as Eric L and his terrible professionalism. He obviously has low integrity to have said and treated any individual the way that he did last night. He could have kept his rude threats and comments to himself but chose not to. I called the regional office and am awaiting response.

Store as st manager at your florence and normandie location , Jimmy r was very disrespectful . I came to pick up a battery that was being charged . He asked me to wait in abother line which my daughter and I did . I subsequently left the line and told my daughter to stay in line to look at your battery chargers and jump boxes . Jimmy was helping a customer when he saw me walking toward the area where the batteries were kept . He then left the area where he was at and proceed to tell me to get in line if I wanted my battery in a tone as if I was his child . I said excuse me I'm looking at jump boxes and chargers and he repeated again ( I said if you want your battery you have to get in line ) looking and speaking in a tone that I took as threatening . At this point I told him not to speak to me like that , he smacked his lips in a childish manner . I do admit I made a smart remarke in return ( I said in not a child and if you were paying attention my daughter is in line and don't smack your lips at me SIR) again I do admit I had an aattitude at that point . I return to line with my daughter , my daughter then brings to my attention he keeps looking in our direction with a snide look , but keeps looking at us (really creepy at this point ) . I get called next in line by Jimmy R , and I decline to go . The next employee calls me , he checks the battery and is no good . I then asked to speak with a manager which was Cease and explain my complaint , at which time Jimmy R walks up to dispute what I was saying in a rude manner . At that point I'll admit I lost my cool and proceeded to tell Jimmy R about his self and the disrespect he was showing not just to me but my daughter and that I would kick his ass. Again I lost my cool and there's no excuse for that . I'm sorry for that and regret that I did . But as a father and a tax paying cetizen that patronize your business , I'm am seriously thinking of changing auto supply providers . This happened today 09/16/2016 about 10:30 . This incident has upset me and my family that individuals you employ don't care how you treat customers and are protected by other employees. Please check your security tapes to see the

Just want to personally give "Thumbs up" and "Thank you Kudos to Brandon Crear, Tyrone Williams and Sabrina (Ms. Bree) at store #155 in Birmingham, Alabama; for the outstanding customer care they provided for me when I went by to ask questions about my SUV startup concern. Mr. Crear politely greeted me at the counter, listened and offered to check my battery to make sure it had a good charge. When he tested it; the reading showed that the battery had "0" charge. He immediately went in, pulled up info pretaining to my vehicle and allowed me to see the screen and select the battery priced at a rate that I could afford. As he attempted to replace the old battery for the new one; he wrestled awhile trying to disconnect the battery cable screw from the post (due to excessive corrosion). He than asked for assistance from Tyrone Williams who worked on the problem for a while; than Ms. Bree came out looked over the problem and gave useful suggestion of spray and tool to use. Everyone was so calm, cool and patience. A less than 10 minute job turned into; about 50 minutes. They went "Beyond" the call of duty with a wonderful attitude.
Thanks So much Autoone, For All that you do for women (like myself and others) with this kind of personal sevice and hiring such great, patience and knowledgeable workers!!!!!!!

Spoke With Brock @vegas Drive Store, He Checked The Oil, The Coolant & Advised Me That I Needed As Much As One Quart Of Oil And Nearly A Gallon Of Coolant. He Graciously Put-in Both For Me. I Had Been Quoted By Repair Shop Of Approx $400-$600.00 To End My Dilemma. Thanks A Million & Kudos To Brock.

The Newnan store on Temple Ave. In Newnan, ga. Has the rudest counter people I've ever encountered! It just lost my business & everyone else I know that goes there (or did)!!

Store#2966, New Rochelle, NY- Store suppose to open at 7:30, opens late. Manager walking around the store while customers are waiting in line and at the counter - at least five. Other workers on the floor, straightening and restocking while more and more customers are coming in and waiting for help. When the counter person calls for assistance, the manager acknowledges him but continues his I guess "usually routine" while the customers are standing there waiting over 10 minutes for help. What kind of of customer service is that? Mabey the workers need additional training in customer service!
