I have tried four different contact numbers for Customer Service with no luck. I waited on their chat line for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I have an account issue and cannot get in touch with a live person, I receive the same four options from their automated system. I cannot reach a person to explain my issue, their system(ABB)says my account does not exist, however, I get a bill every month.
I find it impossible to reach someone at Atlantic broadband. I have called and waited over an hour on hold. Finally found a site to email and was told to call or "chat." Well every time I accessed the chat feature and enter my issue, I would sit there for an extended period, say 10 minutes, and it would disappear. This happened several times. You don't have any problem charging me for service. In fact, the charge went up a few months ago. But now several channels have disappeared:
I am trying to set up auto payment for my services. When I try to call I can not get a live person on the phone. The system you have is the most frustrating system ever. When I call a company for any reason at all I expect to be able to talk to a live person not some impersonal frustrating automatic computerized answering machine that does not provide any personalized service. So far your company has been the most frustrating to deal with. I will report to my local congress man and also put this frustration on FB and any other social media outlet so people now who and what lousy service they are dealing with
I feel that Atlantic broadband should give a credit to customers when we have no cable or internet. We went from 8pm until noon the next day without cable or internet. That is 16 hours. Most places do not charge customers when they aren't providing service.
Terrible customer service.

I have never NEVER had a call picked up when on hold with these people.
8/1/16, 12:04pm : talked to customer service rep per instructions provided here. She recommended "callback", would be within hour. I had errands so I gave cell #. Callback was immediate. Since they caught me at home, I asked " Stephen" if he could call me right back at landline, "sure". Ten minutes later, callback on cell again. "Randy" said he would call me right back on landline. 13 minutes have passed. These people owe me for several hours of wasted time.
I have been trying to switch my Metrocast email over to Atlantic be since Friday. Talked to someone on Friday and on Saturday. My account remains locked out and I have been on hold with customer service all morning. Just want to get it done before tomorrow. What a royal pain.not happy.
My TIVO picture is nothing but black lines and I have had this over and over. Your repair people come, the picture is good for a day or two and then it is gone again.
I was "repaired" Friday afternoon 10/23/2015 and the picture is gone again on the 24th and the 25th. We record all we want to see so we can skip commercials, therefore we usually do not watch the day it is aired but the following day or a day or two later.
How do I get a permanent repair and how do I get money back for the many many days you have not provided television service to me?
Getting in contact with Atlanticbb customer service is next to impossible. I am from the Greene County Pa area. My internet and phone are working but my cable is out. Have tried repeatedly to call the toll free number for our area but am not getting an answer. I thought that Customer Service was available 24/7.
this company sucks. i have called three times and after waiting on line over a hour they hang up on me. i do not have phone service that i am paying for. all i get is music in the background and after waiting over a hour they disconnect the call. this is stupid.
I have tried their toll free number numerous times - I am told all circuits are busy? Service complaints taking away from new customer service? I have called the Graysonville local number and drops me into VM - I have left messages regarding new service connects and no one has ever called back. Scary - not sure how they stay in business.

RECENTLY MOVED AND THE ABB CONNECTION WAS PUSHED ON ME BY LANDLORD. SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH VERIZON. CAN'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IF ABB IS UNDERSTAFFED.
I have had the exact opposite experience. I have been very satisfied with the service every time we have called. We have received ultra speedy and correct service.
However, my concern is that Atlantic Broadband is an advertiser on The Client List. Why is this company getting involved with a show about prostitution? I didn't realize the recession was that bad and that they were that desparate.
