My brother is a 70 year old man who recently received a replacement phone he lives in a nursing home now you want the old phone back or your going to discontinue his service he has no way of doing that. What kind of company is this anyway??

These companies are supposed to be here to help people in need of assistance not to cut people's service off because y'all the actual company f**** up,cut me off because y'all sent no label to return my defective phone and supposed to send me a replacement phone for the fifth time,thanks for nothing assurance wireless!!

For two days my phone has been off instead of fixing or resolving my issues they shut off my service.and when I tried to call back and explain what happened,they had nhg up.
Twice they assured me that it will be fixed,
But whenI turned phone on no service emergency calls only they erased everything ony phone

i have asked Assurance wireless to send me a Unlocked sim card for one of my unlocked phones i have because the phone they sent me is messed up they said it was on the way a unlocked sim card i have waited over a week and it hasn't got here yet!!Im going to cancel the service because they are full of crap

this free phone from the government is to be a phone backup for seniors. is the worst phone on this planet. drops call. will not ring and the people that you call does not show who its from. my mother was 87 years old she called 911 because she needed emergency help. the call was droped 4 times and 911 could not track her because of the phone. she was DEAD 5 MIN> latter.thank you ASSURANCE WIRELESS YOUR SERVICE KILLED MY MOTHER. I am going to see if I can take ASSURANCE wireless to court. if you VALUE your life or a loved one DON'T get a phone from ASSURANCE WIRELESS OR THE GOVERNMENT THEY COULD CARELESS ABOUT YOU.

i have a dilema as of about a mouth ago when i click on the desktop icon for your sit using Firefox to try and get my information i get this error message
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Apache/2.4.25 (Debian) Server at myaccount.assurancewireless.com Port 443 this only started about a month ago i have contacted Firefox help and they all said it was your site and that it is configured in a way not to allow your site in
they claim it is your site I have shut off all extensions cleared cache cookie and all even turned off cookie have done everything i know how to do have tried contacting you by phone I also contacted windows 10 forum and Comcast. turned off my antivirus done it all and no matter what i do it doe nit work every one i spoke too said it is your site not configured correctly it does work in Edge and chrome but they are not my default

Hi I am having problems with my Kyocera phone I had did a factory reset and when I was going to do the information like new again it says it doesn't have a SIM card and it is inside the phone and so I had ordered a phone as well to get a new one and I was wondering if I will get it even when I am not using the phone that I have cause it won't go to my home screen and I wanted to let you guys know please I am just waiting for my new phone to arrive

I have made several attempts to reach your company. Your contact page does not work. My problem is I am in Costa Rica. Before I left I asked if my phone would work here. I was told yes. That is not the case. I've been without for 3 months and have only been able to connect through WiFi. I fear I'm going to lose my service. I return to Oregon on September 1 St and trust you'll be most helpful and guarantee my continued service.

my phone will not turn on since around noon 7-6-18. every time i try it gets stuck on the white hello page and i have to remove the battery again to stop it from draining. heard that at least 2 neighbors have also had troubles. what is up? clearly i can't call customer service if i have no service.it worked for sure at 1140am.

I ordered a replacement upgraded smartphone. it came, while trying to program it my old phone was turned off. then I was told to send the new phone back and order another new phone. so I had to reactiviate my old phone at a cost of $10 and not on a regular plan but a special plan that does not accept voicemails for one month.
then I called customer service at two different numbers and am being told that no one answers at those numbers. I am trying to find out when my new new smart phone will arrive. It is extremely difficult to conduct my life with this special plan on my old cell phone
