I am in the process of my third call to Amazon over a problem with my fire stick - I have had a series of very difficult to understand technicians which adds to the problem - has Amazon, while making enormous profits off of US residents, decided to move jobs offshore? They have yet to resolve the issue, which is that the firestick recently and arbitrarily stopped recognizing my internet connection. This is.. beyond unacceptable.
because correspondence on your orders do not include the item number or the amount there has been terrific confusion; the burden is upon bilingual workers that have accents and difficulty. I will have to put in the order again. You tried to raise the price from $9.99 to $12.98 in the process, making the total go from $12.98 (original split delivery) to $19.95. You now have no record of orders unless they are outstanding. Your IT system puts the burden on the customer. Is that what you expect?
How come some shows are listed as available but are not? Example, the 60's show the ghost and mrs. muir. there are several like this.
Also, will you please include the finale of Little House on the Prairee where they blow up the intire town?
And, can game shows be added? like family fued.

Hi I got my Amazon Fire stick for Christmas this year and it was working fine at first but now it is alway glitching and there are these black cubes that appear on the screen only on Netflix and when I've had it paused for a long time. Also the network is very slow my sisters works just fine it's just mine. At first I thought it was the tv but now I think it may be the stick
Totally poor service. They first shift you around long enough to totally discourage any direct communication. When you finally get through it is impossible to understand the language as being English. It is a maze of communications engineered to disrail those
complaints. There is no satisfaction for a loyal customer attempting to resolve a legitimate complaint. Like others, first achieving
initial success, Amazon is going the way of other businesses who are too busy to respond and service the customers who are responsible for their success.
I can only imagine and hope for a competitor to realize these short comings and capitalize on them. We would all benefit.
