ADP, or Automatic Data Processing, is an American company which provides business services mainly in the form of payroll processing. ADP's dealer services unit was sold in 2014. ADP customer service consists of toll free numbers and email support.

I have submitted a withdrawal request twice from my 401 k. It keeps saying waiting for approval but my plan administrator says he has received nothing from ADP. He has called ADP numerous times but can't get anyone on the phone.

Long, long wait times. When I reach what seems to be a person, a recording comes on saying that they can't hear me...happened 3 time so I know it is not my phone. Can never talk with a real person. This is disgusting customer service.
