I am very fed up and very stressed over the way I have been jacked around on PNC Online Banking for the last two days. The on line phone number can't help me and suggust I go to a branch. The branch can't help me and hand me the 800-762-2035. Over and over I have spent approximately 24 hours of my time trying to be low maintenance for your associates. The only thing it gets me on the reset pass word site is to keep me on the reset mode entering one right after the other. Well, I'm done with you. I don't have time for you anymore. For years I had the same online bill pay and was never asked to change user number or pass word. Then about a year ago it is about every month. I take care of a demented husband and he needs constance care. I don't have time for this run around. So since you can't help me, I don't need you. Very overwhelmed with your lack of concern for me.
