I contacted APS 2-20-2018 and per their mailed plan informative guide, changed my plan. I have the e mails and the letter that APS now has "several 'New Plans'that let customers pick the plan that will be more cost efficient for their energy needs."
APS then CLEARLY states that they have taken and averaged out each account, providing their (APS) best plan for that account! APS then states that if they do not hear from each APS Customer they will apply the " Standard Premium Plan".
This isn't helpful. It is quite costly and when I picked the plan that APS SUGGESTED was a more cost effective plan, they not only charged me MORE MONEY PER KILOWATT, AT AN UNGODLY AMOUNT FOR THE TIME OF DAY, AND PENALIZED ME AT 3X THE RATE.
