My husband daughter son in law and went to the southaven ms location for dinner Feb 10. The booth was extremely uncomfortable my husband legs went numb during dinner. He had to get up and leave. We ordered an appetizer and never got it. When our dinner came the waitress left my food sitting on out in the aisle for 10 minutes everyone else was half way done before I got my dinner. By then it was cold and did not even look like lasagna. It was in a bowl with mainly noodles and ricotta cheese almost no meat sauce. I was very disappointed with the service and meal for what we spent it just was a bad experience. You do not expect to be leave with your back hurting so bad that you have a hard time walking. When we spoke to a waiter about the seats he advised that the seats are broke down but he was powerless to do anything about it. My son in law requested double shrimp on his meal but did not receive it but was charged for it. When he mentioned this to the waitress she advised well you have already eaten some so I cannot count and cannot do anything about it. This was a horrible experience. We would have had a better experience staying home.
