I am sitting in DCA waiting to board flight4401 to burlington by. When I booked through Priceline I was unable to get seat assignment in economy class so I paid $ 27.00 for upgrade . When I printed my boarding pass my seat was assigned in economy class. American Airlines claims no responsibility. I cannot get a live human atpriceline to help me. So this seems to be either a scam way to charge more by AA or Priceline. I am out 27.00 dollars and will not be flying American again or using Priceline again if this remains unresolved. I have been happy in the past with Priceline and hope you will credit me back the 27.00 I gave you in good faith. I have all my paperwork but no address for customer service. Please respond.
