My name is Scott marisnick phone
I have been with boost for 10 + years and my wife 7.Between the both of us we have bought nearly 30 phones.My last phone which is not working right now has issues.last week Ifinally talked to a human at boost after waiting nearly 1 hour on phone.I bought an sj3 approximately 3 weeks ago and everyone I talk to cannot hear me. The last time I charged it when I turned a flash of color went across the screen.Needless to say I have no phone.i phone an old one Ihad and activated for now.the lady I talked said stand by we would have 3way conversation with Samsung which never she never stayed on line.the not I called Samsung they said they would repair or replace it.I don't have time for it neither do I want a repaired phone.I paid for new one and that's what I should get.What I would like is the iPhone.I think I have owned every phone you have.As it stands right now if I don't get satisfaction by Wednesday we will have to end our service with you.thank you
