Let me start off by saying that I use to love buffalo wild wings. My wife and I had a craving for wings and decided to order take out so we ordered online and selected the time we would like our food to be ready. Well we chose 640pm and of course when we arrived to your establishment the food was not ready. Ok so no big deal right.... well then when we finally received our food we were over joyed and ready to get home and enjoy our wings. Well we ordered 30 wings total and a basket of buffalo chips. So as we started eating our wings, they were hot to the touch however as we bit into the wings they tasted like they had been microwaved and the chicken was not crispy but like eating rubber. This is horrible. My wife and I payed $42.31 for rubbery chicken. This is unacceptable!!! Shame on you for serving this crap to your customers. I am so dissapointed in how much your service has decreased in quality.
