I Cancelled My Service Due To Lousy Service-actually No Service- At 3 Different Times. I Had No Phone Service For 4 Days The 1st Time. I Had No Phone Service For 10 Days The 2nd Time, And The 3rd Time For .........3 Weeks.... During These Periods I Had To Call Repeatedly And Each Time Was Told Someone Would Be Out To The House At Such And Such Day And Time-never Came! Then I Got A Bill For Breaking My Lovely Contract When I Cancelled. Naturally I Disputed This Because If You Add Up The Nonservice It Would Cost You More Money Than Me. This Went On For 4 Months. Meanwhile, 2 Weeks A Go You Sent Me An Offer For $200 Free For Returning To You! But I Had Just Learned That My Credit Score Had Dropped Signifcantly Due To Comcast Stating Nonpayment! -while We Were Disputing This! Thank You Very Much.... I Can't Tell How Much I Think Of Your Service Because Profanity Is Not Allowed. But A Company Is Only As Good As It's Service!!!!!
