I was one a loyal Kia driver. Recently I took my car to Kia of Tupelo, MS because the check engine and oil lights were on and they are the nearest Kia repair dealership to where I live in Columbus, MS. Needless to say, I had the worst experience of my life. They kept my car for a month and a half without repairing the problems. I called them every week to inquire of the repairs but they only gave me the run around.Finally, i spoke with a mechanic who told me that the valve cap needed to be changed before they could even look at my engine. that was not covered by warranty and would cost me $232.00. The part cost $26.00 but the labor cost $200.00. This is a job that takes 15 to 30 minutes to do but they ripped me off. They then tried to sell me another car cause they said the engine was damaged due to lack of maintenance and that i had to show them every receipt for repairs from the first day of purchase of the vehicle. They lied to me, overcharged me and did not give my money back. i left this dealership feeling like i had just been raped. I will never buy another Kia car. their dishonesty, disrespect, and treachery killed it for me. i am done with them.
