I waited on hold for over 1 1/2 hours listening to the Norwegian loop advertising. I hung up, called back Norwegian and Gill transferred my call to Customer service where I waited on hold for another 1/2 hour saying the next available agent would take my call, but no one did. I suspect it's because I am owed a refund from my December Cruise. Any other number I called with Norwegian is always answered within 15 seconds. Outrageous!!!
