I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I could be on hold for an hour and a half not once but twice and still never reach an actual person. Then when I try to email I never get a response. This is absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever had! It is no way to run a business and I will never spend another dime on any of your products. I will actually be shocked if anyone answers this, but please prove me wrong!
