Evergreen Kia gives free oil changes to all new car customers. When I went in to receive my first free oil change I was informed that from the higher ups I would have to pay $44.99. This I feel is do to when I received my customer satisfaction survey I gave average ratings across the board with the exception of a below average rating for the sales rep. I gave her a below average rate cause I had already negotiated the deal prior to coming to the dealership. I paid the entire lease purchase up front, she tried to get me to pay more by trying to tell me my credit was to blame. When credit has nothing to do with a full purchase price. The general manager of the store called me and berated me over the phone as well as the sales rep. texting me derogatory statements. This is an injustice to disregard company policy for giving an honest assessment of service provided. I would like to be contacted by a Kia representative that is not affiliated with this dealership so that I know what action can be taken against this dealership and its managers for this discriminatory practice that I feel is an actionable offense.
