Purchased a Dell computer inspiron 3520 service tag 1mf2dv1 Dec 2012 for around $500.00. Hard drive failed, replaced.keypad driver failed, replaced.keypad driver failed again April 2014. October 2014, disk error, will not boot. Called support. The response from tech was " you have bad luck".cost to have it looked at again was quoted at $269.00. Not even a hint of concern nor satisfaction from dell. This computer was used only for access to Internet and to types school projects for my son in 11th grade.
