I want the world to know that DHL is the worst way to send anything. The web app never updates and the service is snail slow in a world of fast service. If that wasn't enough, I spent about a half hour trying to find the correct number for Customer Service. Finally i found it....on a random Google forum post. Then when I called i got bounced around to a few different line where I was reminded how important my call is.....for about 25 minutes. When I finally got a human being on the line, she was (because no other word fits) "Ghetto." She hastily got my information and spent any time for conversation spouting out my information like a robot. She was unprofessional and immature. When I stated that there was an issue with my order, she was unconcerned and cold. To truly give me an indication of how much DHL cares about their customers, she promptly hung up on me. If that is how DHL handles customers, imaging how their employees must be handling your important and sometimes fragile items. I implore everyone who can see this post to use another company. This one has no regard for the little man. That makes them look bad, because when you think about it......if you're not big business, the little guy is YOU TOO!
