OUr TV went out in Spetember 2012 about nine months after we bought it. Sent it in for repairs, they said they couldn't fix so would send me a refund. As of today February 4, 2013I still hae not received the refund and no one will return phone calls. They keep taking a message and say they will return it in 24 hours but no such luck. I have called everyday for the last month and have heard from no one!! BEWARE DO NOT BUY WESTINGHOUSE!!!
