14 weeks ago, our 3 Sprint phones lost signal reception in our neighborhood, and never worked here again. I have talked with Sprint 6 or 7 times, they always say "We're building a new cell tower, it will be complete in 2 weeks." The other day they said "6 more weeks." If I mention "Why are we paying all this money for no service" or "Please cancel my contract" - then I am transferred to someone who tries to double-talk and b.s., or I am just cut off. In this era, federal government and big business are in collusion. They have disdain for the working man, and we are screwed.
