I can not log in with my I'd or password so I need to cancel the account I have now and open up a new one

I got auto recharged for 89.55 dollars when I did not authorize it. They didn't even give me the required credits after charging it. Credits zero, but I was not aware nor did not use any credits since the recharge.
There is no number to talk to customer service. Any numbers they have goes to talk to a computer which tells you to send them a request online. Bad company tactics to rip off. Beware!!
