I'm tell you this right now don't use them ever never ever ever ever. They don't do anything to help you at all.. They're been holding my payment for 2days now and I have no service waiting for them.

Customer service is defiently terrible. I order and paid 20.00 for the galaxy s2 and them bastards 1sent me out the wrong phones the lg viber. was told by a rep when i called in to complain about it that she would waive the amount they had charged me for the phones and ship it free of charge. never received a confirmation saying the order was processed so when i called back the supervisor told me that the representive could not authorize such things and that couldn't authorize the refund of my money for the phones. I would defiently advise people not to use this company at all!

Their customer service is THE WORST I have ever encountered. Their rep's grasp of English is atrocious and inexcusable, and they can only converse from a script. If they tell you they understand what you're saying, don't believe it. Get the name of the person you talk to and note the details of EVERYTHING you discuss - you'll need it when something goes wrong, and it will. They're only available via phone for about 6 hours a day, and there is no phone number for submitting an insurance claim (surprise!). You have to submit it online which gives you no chance to explain anything. The insurance that I paid a year in advance for does not cover water damage (apparently Wirefly does not consider water to be "accidental damage", which they said they do cover), so not only do I not have a phone but they have the payment of a full year of insurance, so I can't even cancel the policy. They offer home electronic protection at $5.00/month but charged me $10/month, and basically called me a liar when I spoke to them about the discrepancy. My experience has been a nightmare. DO NOT deal with this company if you don't have to! There is an email address for "customer service" ([email protected]), but I'm still waiting for a reply to the email I sent. This company is a HUGE rip-off and wins the prize for 'most insulting customer service' ever!!

Wirefly is the WORST thing you could ever get into. dont waste your time trying to buy from them. their customer service reps seemed like foreign robots that hardly spoke english, and it takes them around 10 minutes to answer with a simple one line answer, the robots or people i couldn't tell the difference that you would have to live chat with seemed like they chose from a wide variety of 10 possible answers to give to you. after my horrible 5 days of trying to get my phone to ship i finally cancelled my order because of the terrible service. DONT BUY FROM WIREFLY.

No customer support help ever. I tried their service and chat line to no avail.if you have issues with your order, there is not help at all... i strongly suggest new buyers to boycott this site

phone arrived a day later than promised and did not include a sim card....there is no customer support on weekends and nobody to get in touch with anywhere...this transaction went through verizon so we thought everything would be fine...now not so sure...why would verizon sanction this...we even spoke with a verizon rep before completing the transaction with wirefly.

Rip off artist. Do not use them. They say you have a six month contract.with them and will be charged 300 bucks from them and 350 from verizon. The real problem you can do things that dont matter to verizon but wirefly still will charge you three hundred dollars for a phone you can get fr fifty . I activated.a phone i bought fom wirefly with verizon. On the number i upgraded. Then switched numberverizon says this is no problem no charge. We do it all the time as.long as the lines all stay active. Cool. Not cool with wirefly though. 300 hundred bucks. Talked to verizon several times.say they never heard of.such bull. They say send it back and buy a phone from us for fifty bucks and you cand do what ever you want. I am keeping it and have blocked my card because i never agreed to no such nonsense with wirefly.

I was supposed to get a $30 credit on my bill as a part of the new ATT phone. But is been 4 months I did not see it. hence called the above number.I could connect with them at this number with no difficulty during the regular office hours.The guy escalated the issue and said would be resolved in 14 days.

Personally I have never had a problem with getting my shipment in a very timely fashion, and I have ordered several phones from Wirefly however, the phone I just ordered, which was totally free including free shipping I believe that they somehow charged my bank account for $39.95 under the name of IN TOUCH. I have my bank checking into this right now, and if this is the case I will never order from them again, and now am afraid because they have my bank information they might put through another charge somewhere down the road. I'm not at all happy with my new phone, but my fault for not picking out a nice flip phone, instead got the Sanyo Inuendo, totally sucks, don't buy one.

I have been getting my phones from my carrier for 11 years..what a nightmare this co.is. they said it would be here in 3 days, ittook 6..When it got here there was n wall charger, and they have NO no live person to talk to unless your buying a phone..I called my carrier, sprint, and they were so nice..as always, I told them Iwas told that wirefly now did ALL of the ordering phones for sprint,,Well I bought it hook line and sinker..I talked to my carrier today but they couldn't send me the missing things..In other words, my phone isn't covered by sprint because I didn't buy it from them, and I understand that.I am now wondering if these phones are new, or rebuilt???I was told if I had any more problems to call them, and they will look into it. My phone is getting shipped back to this nightmare co. tomorrow. They should be put out of business........furious in Hawaii...

I heard all the bad feedback after I placed an on line order with them & then found out the phone I was ording was allready out of date, then as the fed-x truck came I refused the shipment of the phone & currently fighing to get them to cancel the order, I can't get ahold of a live person to help me do this they have my bank account info !
I will never fall for these type adds agin !

You're not the only one! It took me an hour 1/2 to get my order processed. After which none of my credit cards would process (because of their system)I just found out I was charged for the accessories that were supposed to be FREE! The screen protector was too small for my phone and the car charger was defective. I call to get them exchanged and they want my CC# again to add another charge. I'm done with this company and will never do business with them again! And yes, talking to India is and was the worst! If you get redirected from the AT&T site to this one, RUN!!!!

Ordered on a Wednesday. It was on my doorstep Friday morning, so no problem with shipping. The problem came when I tried to activate. Followed the instructions, step by step, and got everything set up. Then called a friend, who answered asking who I was. Turns out, the phone was already activated on someone else's account and not mine. Very shady, indeed. Tech support was little to no help. Their suggestion: turn the new phone off for the next 48 hours (noting that they would not be working on Sunday, so those 48 hours include all day Monday) and, at some point, my new phone will start working and the old one will stop working. As they cannot make any outgoing calls from their tech support center in Bombay, there is no way for them to let me know when the problem has been resolved. I have my doubts that it actually will be. But there's something wrong with a company that sells you a phone that's connected to someone else's account.

I renewed my contract through Wirefly based on a friend's recommendation. Now we are both sorry! I ordered on Feb 6th 2010 and had nothing but problems with shipping, on-line chat operators who gave me the run-around on the 9th.On Feb. 13th tracking showed that my phone had yet move from the warehouse so I confirmed with Fed Ex before getting the run around again. I demanded to talk with a manager and was told they would call me in 12 hours.Never happened. The phone did suddenly ship out that day however and finally delivered on the 18th...12 days later. The activation information wasn't in the packing and I had to go an hour with on-line chat to get that on....then demanded some sort of compensation and was offered a case for my problems which they would never admit to. Today is the 24th and a manager called me about the request on the 13th with the same run-around and informed me that they are reneging on the free case. Called me up to tell me they won't send me anything for my troubles. They use people from India and won't accept any responsibility for any mistakes lies told etc. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They give you over to "Whereismyorder.com" aka India and you will get abused and they don't care one iota about customer satisfaction! In fact the link to contact the service manager on the site is bogus and doesn't work. I went this route due to my friend and it seemed convenient to do from home....big mistake.

Ok. So I get a confirmation email that they my order, but now I have to call in to this 888 # because they need more information. Here's the thing...they ask for my order # and then tell me to wait because they are trying to find an available agent but then the phone hangs up on me. WHAT HAVE I SIGNED UP FOR????

THE WOREST! I REPEAT THE WOREST company I have ever dealt with! After telling me for two days after numerous calls and e-mails that my phone should be at my door on the following Monday, they informed me after I took it upon myself to call and confirm my order that not only was it no longer a free up grade but that they would be charging me 79.99 for the phone! I told them to cancel the order. Not to mention that the languege barrier is rediculious!!!!!!!

This company has no idea what customer service is..no one speaks clear english and the answer is always NO WE CANT DO THAT, after waiting for days for my phone the refused to take off my shipping charges for a expedited delivery and they refused to cancel my order when it was never delivered....A VERY PISSED CUSTOMER..NEVER AGAIN

Worst company I had ever dealed with. Sales person lie and lie. The English of customer service personels are so difficult to understand. Shipped the phones without agreement, and steal from my credit card!! I will tell every my friend not using this company!

I have very bad experience with this company. They sold me the phone that stopped working after 3 months and refused to do anything about it despite their own statement that the phone came with 1 year warranty on it. As the phone was reloaded in attempt to fix the problem, I have lost all the apps that I purchased and installed, all the customized settings and I never was offered any option that would make up for these losses. The only thing they had to offer is to sell me a new phone, which I suppose could be a subject of the same trouble passed initial 30 days trial period. I would not do business with this company again.

You get what you pay for ! Any company that does not provide a listing for customer support to speak with a live person is a sham ! Place an order with sales person (can't understand a word they say very bad brokenenglish 888 # forwarded to India } Sales rep. told me to check email after call for order # its been 3 days no email.Can't log in to site without order # @ wheres my order .com,so click forget order# and enter home phone # and birthdate does't work sales rep. never asked for birthdate when placing order CLOSE THIS SITE WIREFLY. ASAP BUY AMERICAN My order is in limbo now can.t speak with anyone or chat on their website @ customer support with out friggen order # Only thing wirefly did right was contact ATT to upgrade my plan for BLACKBERRY {$$$}that I don't have.THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TRY TO SAVE A FEW DOLLARS BUY OR UPGRADE FROM YOUR CURRENT SERVICE PROVIDER ONLY

Never buy anything from Wirefly. Save the time. All are sales people and will never get customer service. Spend your money somewhere else. Wirefly is the worst company for consumers.

this is the worst phone company ever ... ever person you speak with is in "Sales" and when i try to contact customer service its an automated system! they SUCK so bad its ridiculous
