Transunion have the worst customer service first off I couldn't understand what the person was saying he was very rude trying to rush me off the phone horrible horrible customer service they need to fired everybody and start all over again with new hires...sad sad sad:(

Transunion have the worst Customer Service of the world. I called them to dispute an account that was not mine and the only thing that the representative from Transunion wanted was for me to subscribe to their monthly monitoring service. At the end I said no and when I hung up I felt that they were no going to help me with the dispute. Because she sounded mad that I didn't want to subscribe for their Monitoring or whatever. At the end my credit score went up on the Equifax and Experian and for whatever reason Transunion credit score drop 662 to 605. With nothing negative, everything was the same except that my credit card balances was paid. So I have less debt than the past months. What kind of business this people run. And we on the mercy of they doing what ever they want with your credit?

Transunion has the WORST customer service of any supposedly professional organization I have encountered. Neither the rep or the supervisor could speak or understand English. The SAME information needed to faxed in three times to them and then the exact same information needed to be faxed in again to another nummber because apparently the highly educated rep. and hiis supervisor could not understand that

I just called Transunion it was absolutely ridicules I talked to someone not from the United States of America this has to stop why can Transunion not be like Equifax and Experian I have talked to Americans there keep the credit agencies in America where it should be!

Worst credit reporting entity by far. I am confused as to how TransUnion is the ONLY credit reporting entity that cannot get most of my credit info straight. When I called to add a bankruptcy discharge that occurred in 2011, they told me it was not their fault it wasn't on the report and it was the reporting agency's fault. SERIOUSLY? The Federal Government seemed fully capable of reporting to the other two credit reporting agencies and that showed up immediately, so seems to be a TransUnion issue of not processing info. Customer service was impossible, nobody there speaks a lick of English. Worst ever.

The united hospital account $29,500 balance was suppose to be removed from transunion. We had an agreement that once I had made 18 payments on time it would be taken off as delinquent. They have been getting paid on time for two years now. Please remove.

Why is it so easy to subscribe to the 7day free 3 Bureau Credit Monitoring but when you decide to cancel before the 7 days....the number to call is impossible to locate. I'm very disappointed in the time I've wasted looking for a number to cancel the free trial!It should be clearly listed &easy to find! Just as easy as it was to subscribe to it! Please fix this!

I called to clarify my recent credit report. I spoke with two different customer service representative, I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND EITHER OF THEM. I asked the first three times for an english speaking operator. I finally resolved one of issues, but was unable to understand what effects my credit scores or how to improve them. Their answer was to send me a copy of my credit report which I already have. It only shows a graph and a number - no explanation of what those numbers represent.

Today I called TransUnion for a free complimentary credit report. The person I spoke to was nice and helpful. However, he is located in another country, I knew the accent. Why is everybody outsourcing to other countries? We need jobs here in the USA.

I talked to 5 or 6 people that spoke terrible english and they just kept giving me different numbers to call. Im pretty sure that they outsource these calls. sad thing is I know of a few English speaking people that live in the U.S that would love to have that job.

telephone always busy, and then rude people and they hang up on you, where do you get such sub standard employees! I ran a call Center on Wall Street for Twenty Five years, the Director of your Call Center is clueless and allows this disgusting service, whoever they are should be fired along with all the rude useless people you have answering the telephone. With so many people looking for work these days you certainly could do better disgusting service and courtesy.

I'll be calling in to speak with someone as soon as you open ....In the meantime I'm "venting" here.I went through a foreclosure, and sent you copies of the court documents to verify that...And you still managed to let them BS you into retaining incorrect info on my credit report. (Or something similar) because it still isn't any where near correct,....and I'm thinking that you guys must be incompetent if you have the facts in your possession, and still can't get it right!

I hate to call TransUnion. Every time till I will get to speak my concern there is a 20 minutes listening for that foreign accent that makes me not understand a thing. And the worst part is that they talk a lot and do not even talk what I ask them to tell me. Unless I interrupt them they will actually listen my question . I called once, hung up twice and called back till I got a very good american lady that helped me .

Having multiple addresses seems to mess up the system.I receive mail (bills) at my farm and my house in town. TU could not locate credit report using one of the addresses but could with the other even though report uses SS#.

Someone went behind my back and cancelled a credit card that I DID NOT DO THIS. Sam's Club said you closed it, TransUnion said Sam's Closed it. I paid off this card ($35) and tried to open a different credit card and because of your investigation that I filed this morning, I was denied. I wish to stop ALL INVESTIGATION on this credit card, immediately. I was told to fax this request which I can't, if that is the case how could you report the card closed without a letter from me. I wouldn't have notified you about this anyway. If I had wanted the card closed I would have gone to our local Sam's Club or called customer service. STOP THE INVESTIGATION, ACCOUNT WILL REMAIN CLOSED. THANKS FOR PASSING THE BLAME ON SAM'S CLUB. membership

continuing with my address problem: i called the number listed here and still got India on the line. i had to ask twice to speak to a supervisor. he explained that the "problem" with my address was that in some places it was listed as #### US 52 and other places reported my address as #### US Highway 52.
this has been true forever, so i'm still confused why this is a problem. both addresses are mine. maybe they're just using apple maps and getting lost.

for some reason, completely unknown to me, this agency decided my address wasn't my address (even though i've been paying the mortgage there for 11 years) and because they decided my address was false, so did every one else. i was informed of this repeatedly, by letters in the mail.
when i called to ask what the sam hill was going on, they wanted MORE of my information to fix the problem. the woman i spoke to in India didn't seem to know how to fix this "discrepancy" and muddled through it.
a month later and i'm getting the same letters, informing my address isn't my address.

When I called to question a credit card charge from Transunion I could not understand the person with whom I was speaking. I asked what country they were in and was told they couldn't give me that information. When I asked if they were in America, I was told they could not give that information. When I asked to speak to someone in America I was told they couldn't arrange that. It is illegal for these people to refuse to connect me with someone in the United States and I told them that. They told me to call back later. I did and still GOT ANOTHER FOREIGNER. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH TRANSUNION. OUTSOURCING IS WHAT IT WRONG WITH AMERICA.

I called to get information on how I could place a security freeze thru TransUnion and I got someone from India. I questioned that, and the person who answered could not give any satisfactory answer so I hung up. Some one from India is handling my credit info?????

You will get India every time unless your file belongs to the special handling department. You need to be someone of importance (i.e. doctor, lawyer, celebrity, politician etc). A few years back I spoke to someone in "India" I told them I would have to get my lawyer involved into the issue and he misunderstood me as saying I was a lawyer and apologize and handed me over to the "special handling department"......I have to call India still but once I give them my SS# they transfer me back to their American call center....good luck.

well after reading all these comments, I guess I got lucky tonight when I called. It went pretty smooth with the rep from India, she was nice and helpful!

It took 20 minutes just to get a fax number to send my dispute in i think the only english this guy knew was "can i have your ssn" very very poor service it would seem that a company that basically controls our livelyhood with their scores could at least provide a little support for us and they might even save an american job
