As an associate I would like to know how to reach the earnings statement log to use the application. So I can make a copy of pay stub for the month of april. Will need this statement for insurance papers

Tech support wants to charge $5 for your email issues with your email coupon savings. You need to fix the service not be charging your customers who sign up for the Smart & Final Shop & Save weekly coupons.

Hello, I hope this message gets to the right people. I shop at the Santa Maria store, I went there yesterday and I had a bad experience, the checker did not greet or even took a second to look at me at all. I asked questions, her answer I don't know. She didn't say thank you, nor attempted to help with bagging. Unless your policy is to be rude to costumer she shouldn't be in contact to such. I don't knew if I will be coming back to shop here sorry.

I love San Fernando Smart and Final on Glenoks. I believe your Management has changed. Just visited there. Lines were 6 deep, 3 check stands open. Had to walk out. Always Out of Stocks. Sad to say I now have go to Food 4 Less. My time valuable. I can't wait in long lines. Or keep coming back for Out of Stocks. This place started out great, now went down hill.

The only way to get a hold with the credit department is leave a message or email? Are we back to stone age? No live person to answer phone calls, no online chat customer service!!??
a Mom and pop shop can do better this. seriously.

I was a regular customer . Live in Montebello California. Today I went grocery shopping . I was at the check counter .the young lady checking my items let me know that gift cards could only be purchased credit card . I don't know when this started but as of today I do not shop at Smart and final .last year Walmart tried the same thing . I no longer have a wall mart credit card

This store has the worst management, one cashier for the whole store? Le line goes around all the store, nobody around to offer any help!!!! Waiting for 20 min.!!!

I bought the First Street skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs for a group of 14 men. I read the information area that stated one thigh per serving, servings about 9. When I opened the bags to cook the thighs, I found 6 in one bag and 5 in the second, a total of 11. I do not see that this total equates to one thigh per person and nine servings. I am 7 thighs short per the information panel and I am 3 short per my need for 14 thighs, at a minimum. This is false consumer information and should be corrected on the bag. This is your store product and your responsibility to correct this information. I am now leaving to make another market run for the missing thighs in the order!
