My concern was i put my tablet for repair lcd wasnt working after the 3 months they said that my tablet is already for pick up. Then went there to check it but the touch screen wasnt working.So need to return it back for repair again.but almost 3 months today before it returns to me Ive check it and theres lot of photos that people i dont know and seems like that they used up my tablet for almost longer time already I was very disappointed.I want to go back there and complain about it. What will be the best thing to do advice me

My TV channel somehow got changed to a different channel and I have no service on my TV anymore and I can't find the remote I have always went through the Direct TV remote is there a way to fix it or what do I do

I was so disappointed in your product. Quality I guess has reached an all time low when a company like Polaroid, that has been around for 75 years, cannot produce a camera which is affordable and chargeable. $49.00 for a camera which requires batteries? Are you kidding me? Made in China?, Cheap plastic?

WARNING do not ever buy anything from them. I bought a 46" tv and in 5 months the screen went. I am the one that needs to pay the shipping to California and if it gets lost or broken I am responsible. They fix the tv. I think im entitled to a new one since I only had it 5 month. Everytime I called customer service they were extrememly rude. They wont give me a Corp number to contact them. WORST TV EVER.

My boyfriend bought me a Polaroid Q10 tablet, it seemed to work just fine but then it was accidentally sat on and the screen broke. I have been trying to contact polaroid for a long time now to see if I could buy a replacement screen or send it in to get fixed, but they told me I was better off buying a new one. They don't repair the products that they sell? What kind of crap company is this.

I bought a recent Polaroid tablet for my grandson from asda the tablet after 1 day did not charge up or switch on called asda that item was on special offer there out of stock and will not be receiving anymore in the future! Can understand why ! Called Polaroid direct the phone number on there website is wrong ridiculous would never buy this product or any other again overall review absolute crap no customer care or if there is it took me 2 hours and still could not find a contact number?

My Polaroid TV has ceased working...my 2nd year warranty is with Polaroid....and the seem impossible to contact.
The item was puchased thru my local ASDA ..their Customer Services keep saying 'contact Polaroid', but this seems am impossible task....
Does anyone have a contact number for the Polaroid Head Office in Britain....not USA, as the website keeps directing me to.

I purchased two cameras for elderly relatives at the end of last year.

Mother 71 years old
Aunt 83 years old both have not dropped them, not treated them harshly in any way

Purchased at Argos '“ Arbroath Store 39.99 each

Both camera are not now charging

I tried various ways for 3 days to get them to charge and enlisted the help of IT friends still no luck.

So I called you support line
Complaint
1. Very heavy accented lady on phone.I did not understand her and she did not understand me
2. Could not help passed practised answers'
3. After difficulty giving her my address '“ she put me on hold then cut me off after 11mintiues 44 sec '“ NO address given where to send back to nor confirmation number given
4. Tried to call again '“ cut off without speaking to anyone after 2 minutes 32 seconds.
5. Call not free from Mobile phone

I wish to return these cameras

I am very displeased with this service.

Politics customer service is the worst I have seen in 40 years. They don't know how to talk,don't know how to respond, don't know how to follow up. The words customer service is not in there vocabulary!

Hello I bought an Polaroid tablet p10 a few months ago and for some reason my tablet always reset after it is powered off and when I turn it on it makes me go through the setup all over I was told not to take it back to the store and to return it to the company can I please get the info I need for a refund my cell

We cannot get audio to come through when we play our video's recorded from our new Cube camcorder camera? We then installed the VLC player and Quick Time, but still no audio. We're not sure how to operate these programs?
If we can't get audio from the videos we recorded, we will return the Cube to the retailer where we purchased it.

I bought a Polaroid 7 executive MID0724 at SM Manila last Dec. 8, 2014, it caught my attention because according to the saleslady it is the lowest price of their tablet in kitkat version and the price is 2,995.00 an introductory price til december only... When my internal memory became slow i bought a 16gb microsd card to extend my memory..but to my dismay the device doesnt support the transfer of files to sd...I even download apps to transfer... I went back to the sales but she said to me that the repalcement period is over.. and nothing can do about it..Gosh.. What kind of Service do you have? I've been calling the service center for how many times yet until now DEc. 27... I have been connected to them... Dont buy their tablet products,... It's A big JUNK!!

I have purchase a polaroid smartphone prof700 by snap deal. After one week the touch screen of the phone has stopped working. After many trials, I could not find the service centre and even the customer care number. Though the warranty is of one year, I can not claim it.

I purchased 2 Polaroid Kids Tablets for my grandkids to play with during our trip to FL last November. I purchased both of them August 2013 and gave them to the kids in Novembe 2013. They only lasted 2 months and both tablets would no longer charge. . Both of my
daughter-in-laws tried new chargers and still wouldnt work. I am very
disappointed in this product for it to only
last a couple of months for what I paid
for them.. My daughter-in-law called your
customer service and was told, sorry, it's
past the warranty. She's been several
months trying to find a charger to fit it
and then called in Sept to be told there is
nothing you can do. Very disappointed in my purchase. Thank you!

I have been trying to contact any customer service agent who actually knows anything about polaroid tv's and it is a joke. They know absolutely nothing and put me on hold for 20 minutes to later disconnect each call!!! The absolute worst!!! Stick with name brand tv makers who actually know something about the tv's they manufacture!!!

I have never had so much trouble just trying to contact some one I am going to take the tv back to the shop I got it from and throw through there bloody window then never buy polaroid products again
