I have tried for 3 days to change my new card number as my account had been compromised.
I have been refused because a company has my account open because I refused to continue with a tie purchase. How long do I have to wait until my account is cleared? I did not complete my purchase request as I changed my feelings about making a purchase.

i bought something on e bay and signed out as a guest. Trans is on feb 14,2015. I never received this item. Contacted seller a week after the estimated delivery date and got no response. Sent a response to e bay and got nothing in return. Contacted paypal and no response except have been on hold on the phone for over 1 hour and 12 minutes so far. You took my money right away , I have NOT received the item. I have NOT received a refund. Please help me. is my cell. T is the email address I used to purchase this item.

PayPal, used to be good couple years ago. NOT!!! anymore. If contacting customer services to open a dispute for a purchase done from a seller that accepts PayPal, what customer services does is to put on hold and immediately transferring to E-Bay, silly actions, why do I had to be transferred to E-Bay? I did not order from E-Bay, I order from an International seller few clothes, came partially. Calling PayPal, is wasting time. They do not want to help, they do not know what to do to protect anyone who used PayPal or using PayPal to do a transaction. My advised, report PayPal to BBB, and FTC, and any bank or creditor, to Consumer Protection, BBB and FTC. They are excellent helping people. Good bye PayPal!!!!!

I have not been able to reach a live person through your PayPal Services , if there actually is one. I was hesitant to start using PayPal for this very reason. That and the fact that now PayPal has all of my personal banking information and I am without my purchases. Seriously, is this anyway to run a business? Your ads keep bragging about the security level with which you pride yourself on. Well right now I'm not feeling very warm, fuzzy or secure. I placed an order through PayPal on October 7th, tried emailing the individual that took my money out of my account the same day, and have not heard hide nor hair from PAYPAL *KHALISH since. So what are my chances of ever getting refunded? And while we are on the subject, I ordered on the same day 2 costume wigs for my 2 granddaughters Halloween costumes from another PAYPAL BABYLILYLIU which was the other half of my order issues. I received (1) of the two but not the other. Of course again, why should the person believe me when I told her I only got one (which is the truth). How do I get refunded for that. I would really love someone to get in touch with me preferably by email and give me a little light at the end of a very dark tunnel.

I absolutely loved PayPal in the beginning because there were no problems with identity, passwords, etc...Now, every time I request money, there's an extra limitation detail that I have to take care of!! I now have 5 issues to resolve in the resolution center even though I've shown the same things over and over again! I.D./ Proof of Address, Proof of SSN, it's getting absolutely ridiculous! This will be my one and only comment on this PayPal review, because as soon as MY ACCOUNT IS WITHOUT LIMITS, 100%, I'M TAKING EVERYTHING OUT AND CANCELLING THIS SERVICE!!! I've never been so disappointed in something that's supposed to be so "easy"!!! Watch out friends, future users, you'll waste more of your life trying to get limitations off of your account than being relaxed and knowing that you won't have a problem every time you transfer/withdrawal money or f****** log in!! Thank you for giving me the time PayPal and I really hope to save many people from wasting countless minutes/ hours of their lives doing something that's absolutely pointless in life!! Please PayPal, take it easy on some people, it's very stressful having to dig for I.D.'s, Social Security Cards, Address changes, etc... every other time you log in to your account! I honestly didn't have the time to write this comment but I had to, I'm going to be completely drained in the morning for "PHYSICAL LABOR" but it's worth it! Thank you to the people that read, understand, and get this comment because so much of your life will be wasted on so many other great things that it doesn't even matter... Thanks Pay*** for making my life a living hell!
P.S.- I won't be able to but my nephew a gift for his 9th birthday tomorrow but I guess that really doesn't matter, it doesn't coincide with your rules!!

I am extremely disappointed in the way in which your company handles fraud cases. A user under the name of Jake Hrach (ToxicMugen/Pixlett) has been scamming artists that send their work digitally by claiming they never received the artwork. Multiple artists have lost thousands of dollars due to this user, yet your company has done nothing but side in the scammer's favor - when there is ample evidence against this person, I am very confused as to why this is happening. I for one will not be using your services and I will be sure to spread this to others as well so they know to question the reputability of your website. Paypal is essentially supporting this illegal and illicit activity by siding with the criminal. I am appalled that this situation is being dealt with in this manner. I urge you to correct this issue. This is extremely poor customer service and very questionable morals.

PayPal is in a free fall IMHO. Service, REAL service appears to be nonexistent. Everything is automated and no one is monitoring the Call Centers hence the pitiful and pathetic service from forced busy tones to long long exceptionally long waits for a live person to pick up my calls for help (and if and when you do get through to a live party you will soon be dropped!). People get smart and dump PayPal. I am immediately. I even tried going through GECRB (PayPal Extra's credit card and they couldn't get through to them either. If PayPal can't give adequate service how can we expect them to protect our privacy or provide SECURE transactions.

Have been holding for over an hour for customer support! Unbelievable. Forgot password because don't use PayPal often. Can't reset because verification is linked to old credit card I no longer have. Automated customer service useless. Can't get any further. Extremely unsatisfied.

PayPal accepts checks on behalf of customers w/o their knowledge & then when the check bounces... They leave the customer, who trusted them, holding the bag and suffering the loss. I called Paypal & they could care less that they cost me $250.00!! If you sell on eBay, Amazon or any other site & use Paypal as your buffer between you & the buyer... Beware because they WILL accept an E Check on your behalf as payment for the item you're selling, they 'll tell you that the buyer has paid, but once you take their word for it & send the buyer the item... The pending money in your paypal acct will disappear & paypal says that it's not their problem & refuses to take responsibility for helping a com artist cheat you out of your merchandise and/or your money. Then Paypal has the nerve to charge you money for their services!!! PayPal is not an ethical or a reputable company and they could care less about the misplaced trust that you have put in their company. They say they'll protect you from fraud, but who will protect you from Paypal?? They're no better than the con artists who use their incompetent company to cheat the little guy... US!!!!

First thing third time I had to dispute for one reason or another and all three times paypal gave me a hard time .i never was a big fan of paypal but I bought a subscription and never received a magazine so I wrote up a dispute pay pal says we don't get involved. I tried to call but nobody answers .now my next stop will be American Express and try to put a stop on any payments

Started A Paypal Account But Not Able To Add Money To It. Contacted Customer Service And They Kept Referring Me To A Website That Was Not Avalable To Me. When I Told Them That They Hooked Me Back Up To The Automated System Which Was Bull. Also After I Submitted My Application I Got A Notice Saying That 2 Small Deposits Have Been Made To My Account Through My Bank To Verify My Account. This I Was Notifide After The Fact. Also, Amount Taken Was Not Said. Only To Check My Email In A Day Or Two. Be Ware. I Did Tell Customer Service To Close My Account. When I Tried Getting Into It It Did Not Recognize My Email So I Hope It Is Done With. Also After I Closed The Account I Got An Email Letting Me Know All The Wonderfull Things I Can Do With Paypal. What A load. Ofcourse I Fired Back So Maybe I'm Ok.and Do Not Take This Off.

Regestered for paypal. Needed to contact custumer service in regards to a problem and they were absolutely horrible. Did not solve the problem .They kept putting me through a web page that I could not get to. When I told them that; they sent me right back to the automated anouncement which got me nowhere. Did 5 calls and same thing. problem finally got solved with closing the account. I thought. Then I get an email telling me all the wonderfull things i can do with paypal account. This is hours after i closed the account. Hopefully it is cause after reading the e mail i tried getting into the acccount and it did not recognize my e mail so I hope it is truly closed. Reachability can be a problem also initself,

I have a debit Master Card of Commercial Bank International in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. When I want to use it to verify my Paypal account then It can't be use it. It also have IBAN(International Bank Account Number). But When I want to add my account then it wants to be add US bank Account. Please let me know How can I use IBAN to verify my Paypal account in uae. I think IBAN is an International number Why I can not add in paypal. I want to add my real bank account.
