I had an my alternator go out on traveling and had to replace. Found an O'Reilly's on route in Rusk Texas, Store #5990. Bought an alternator and replaced it in the parking lot. Brandon an employee went above and beyond his duties to see that I had everything needed for the job. Even help on his free time in helping me in getting it out and new one end. I give this gentleman my highest regards and thanks for services rendered. I have always had the greatest respect for your company and never not been able to get parts needed. Again thank you for your service's.

I ordered my parts the day before and I received a email that there ready and went to pick the up the lady at the counter was really rude and when I told her I had a online class order rather then ask for my ID like every other time she tells me I need to bring up the order on my phone so I did it for her and she told me she didn't even need it then she called her colleague they started speaking in Spanish then they told me they didn't have any parts when I ordered the parts because they were in stock and they told me I had to wait laughing I feel like I was being treated this way because of my color of skin . It was at 4511 calumet ave ,46327, gammon Indiana

I went In o really in baton rouge LA on plank rd went in On Sunday around 3-330 the guy didn't want to sell me the spark plugs for my car I called first before coming a lady answered told me what to get for My Lexus the guy wouldn't sell me any so I left went to advance auto. If I don't have the money for 80 dollar spark plugs I don't have to get them.

You probably don't care. In the Choctaw Ok store you have a smartass punk working there. I will no longer buy parts from your store because of his attitude. Good thing autozone is right down street they will be getting my business now.

I was put on hold for almost 30 mins and then the guy just hung up the phone never looked up my order I ask for the manager and he put me on hold again for ten more mins and then he told me to call back tomorrow.

I went to the Paola, Ks Oreilly, and was treated very poorly. We frequent this store often but today was not a good experience, there were 2 employees and the one who waited on me voiced out loud several times to several customers that he had not seen his manager for 3 days, he had no lunch break and was extremely irritated. Not my problem, don't take it out on customers and bring a lunch, stuff happens, the other employee stood there with his mouth open. Useless! I left and went to Napa where so far everyone is getting a lunch and a manager is there!

We were just at the O'Reilly's in Baraboo Wisconsin and a tech helped us out by the name of Mike. He went above and beyond to help us out and we just want to let you know that he's doing a great job thanks Mike for your help. We just bought the f-150 King Ranch so we didn't know what we're doing but Mike made it feel very comfortable and helps us out

Your store on 55 east 111th has great customer service with that said Albert Valasquez has the most amazing customer service he made sure that I had all the information I needed he was very pleasant...he rocks thank you....because you can't find great customer service in these days...
