I have a problem with downloading new maps. It is still within the free period of 2 years (bought it in july 2009).

No reply on my e-mail and after being on the phone for 30 minutes listening to navigon music ("navigon easy") I hung up.

Product is fairly good, customer support is as bad as it can be.

I bought a Navigon 8410 and the language here is Finnish. I have to say that the user guide is really terrible what comes to the language.
Every sentence includes several bugs. Please review the document and fix the bugs.

I have tried to contact the navigon support for close to two weeks now, but I get the silent treatment. No one bothers to answer my questions. I am really getting tired of this now. I think this is just plain terrible, how bad you treat your customers.

I purchased my Navigon March 21st. My Navigon broke down, I emailed support June 22nd, have emailed them 5 times, its July 9th and still have not heard anything from them. So I spent around 200 dollars for a Navigon product that doesn't work! They have no phone numbers to talk to anyone! DO NOT BUY A NAVIGON PRODUCT OF ANY SORT!

Navigon has let me down. I can't update my GPS; I e-mailed Navigon but I got a response thst doesn't work. Without the ability to tslk to a person I cant update my GPS because I forgot my password.

navigon is great example of terrible customer service after paying premium dollar for a substandard product. nothing but problems........

It would be so helpful to be able to talk to a live real time person or have emails responded to.My navigon 2100 is locked up and useless.

I have tried to reach them via e-mail for over a week now (5 separate e-mails) both from their support page and through their direct e-mail ([email protected]) and have heard nothing. No live phone support. No idea what to do with my non-working 2100max. Extremely poor customer support. Too bad because I really like the product, but I'll never buy from them again.

Navigon support is just a series of voice/email messages.

Their email "support" is basic troubleshooting such as reset/restart. Beyond that they expect you to send the device to their site and charge a nice fee for receiving it.

There will be no proper response to the emails to "support@navigon email id beyond the basic canned responses.

Its a great device but will not buy anything from this company anymore.

it would be nice for navigon customers to have a phone # to call so they could send out there product for repairs.

It sure would be nice to have an adress posted as to where to send a broken Navigon for repair as there is no way to reach anyone on the telephone.
