I've been waiting almost a month for my "free Big Mac and large fries" from my complaint. I've called on this about three times. The first time saying it takes up to 10 days the second time apologizing and giving me free McCafé beverages, which I don't use, and I'm still here waiting for my freebie. Please give me two if you realize the fault Is your own as I've wasted over 2 hours of my time complaining on this.

Saturday 19th Oct
Called into Newcastle-under-Lyme store , didn't look to busy .
Walked in at 1145 served at the till at 1152
My food was finally given to me at 12.14
I was taking away as I was on my way work ( of which I ended up being late )
And to top things off my order was not complete 1 burger missing !!!!!!
Tried phoning the store ) times yesterday and this evening and can not get any answer
This is not the 1st time I have been kept waiting for such a long time ,I
Why do you do table service when the restaurant is so busy , I do not know ( that member of staff could of put up another order instead )

Stopped at McDonald's outside of Virginia-Pocahontas trail maybe-absolutely horrible-out of the five customers-4 of the orders were wrong -this is after 1.30 pm--1/4 beef was not done
Need someone to train and read

McDonalds on airport road, Hammond, Louisiana
Ordered a sausage, egg McMuffin, got a sausage, cheese burnt McMuffin. They never get your order right. I will never go there again.

Hi I went to MacDonals in Reading next to Majeski stadium and ordered a share box Ches+herb but received chicken strips in the box instead. I went to the till to complain and was told there was no reason to break open the breaded fillet to show them. The lady was rude as if it was my mistake but today is an important Hindu festival and I would have felt bad if I had eaten meat by accident. Due to the rude customer service I asked to provide a refund and provide the cheese and herb share box but they said that was not possible which was a small gesture for the mistake.

Hi went to McDonald's Salterhebble Halifax to our disgust the place was full of flies we got a refund on 3 meals, this needs sorting ASAP won't be going back , one of the staff said he as told the manager before and nothing has been solved

This is the 3rd time in a row on Wednesday when I come to Novi that my order was wrong. I order at approximately 6am at the drive thru st 8 mile & Novi rd in Novi MI

It's a very simple order sausage McMuffin with egg

Twice I got bacon instead of sausage today I didn't get an egg. Very frustrating.

McDonalds in dillsburg Pennsylvania is terrible. Literally anytime I go here my order is messed up. From Big Macs that have one patty to incorrect drinks. Tonight missing two orders of frys. In the past they forgot my order of nuggets. This McDonald's probably owes every single customer that has gone her in the past 5 years. Terrible and disappointing EVERY time.

I'm at the McDonald's in Phillipsburg PA and just took a picture of how filthy the floor in the kitchen area is. And the young man working the grill wasn't wearing gloves. I don't know how to upload the photo to this comment box

Been coming to your stores for a long time. I only get unsweetened iced tea ever since everything else is full of sugar and bad for health but was very disappointed today when the lady said I need to pay 50 cents more now for iced tea. It's not the money because .50 is not going to make or break me and neither will .50 make or break your company but I will immediately stop going to your stores now in protest. Seriously this is so petty and in my view now your definitely promoting unhealthy eating all around. Fifty cents really McDonalds?
You just lost a long time customer.

Your manager at store on Bluemound right by Miller Park

Is rude condescending and a bad example for other employees

Twice he handed me a coffee that was ordered black,

The first time I said it was ordered black, he handed to me again.

All i said was "does that look black to you?"

And was given a lecture on talking to people while employees stood and smiled.

This store is always out of food on Illinois Avenue Oakl Ridge Tenn no buttermilk chicken strips and no shakes this happens a lot on the lunch hr

I let people have the benefit of the doubt, but this is out of hand. I visit the McDonald's at 5875 S. State Street in Murray, Ut at least three times a week. First, I go to work at 5:30 AM, where there is NO ONE else besides me ordering food and I have to use the drive through this is where the problem starts. I'm ALWAYS greeted with a very unfriendly, "can I help you"? as if I'm being so inconvenient to them. Then there's always someone one that doesn't understand English on the other end so I repeat my order at least three times. After the order is placed, I pull forward to pay for my food. After I pay for my food this is where my biggest problem is. EVERY time they ask me to pull all the way around, basically to where I placed my order to wait for my food. EVERY time I specifically ask them if my food will take so long to cook that I need to pull all the way around the the other side of the building to wait, to which they tell me yes, it'll take a long time. Reluctantly I pull around to the other side of the building and the second that I put my car into park, my food is being placed in the bag and being walked out to me. What a waist of time for the customer! Now, I understand if my food will take more than 3-5 minutes to prepare, but when I put my car into park and look up to see my food already being brought to me that's where my issue is. It's not my job, as a customer, to drive in circles to get my food.



Here's the best part. to exit the waiting area, you have to go back around to where you paid for your food! So basically this McDonald's has their customers driving around the parking lot in circles to pay for the food, to pick the food up and then to exit the waiting area. I'm told by one of the employees that this is "protocol". Right, let's have the customers, who pay your bills, drive around in circles. I'm sure this is "protocol". If it is standard protocol, there needs to be major changes! I'm totally disappointed with how I was treated. The only reason I go to this McDonald's is because it's on the way to my work, that's it.

I recently submitted a complaint regarding an incident at the Thornleigh store on 19th July.
I have still not received any feedback which they said I would receive in 3-5 days.
I am still keen to receive feedback.

First , I was given the completely wrong order at the drive thru. I was given a chicken nugget meal and I ordered plain McDoubles and fries. Second when I went to correct this, they gave me McDoubles with everything on it, and I had to go back to finally ask again for it. Then I finally got my order but It shouldn't have taken that long

At your locations in Dilisburg PA has to be the worst location I've ever been to. Crowd of people here everyone has been waiting 20 plus minutes for their order. Terrible

There was a sign saying a gallon of sweet tea is $1.99 and they had done price changes making it $2.99 yet left the sign up and they demanded we pay the $3.27 even though they falsely advertised.

After order my Coke Zero too 20 mins for me to receive and even then I had to go up and remind them . I ordered chicken strips and after bitting into 1 it was hard and crispy . ( that was the chicken not the coating ) my daughter also ordered a big tasty chicken and she had the same . On complaining to the staff they said it was ok could not possibly be anything wrong with it and put it in the bin .

My experience was horrible at 9:30 pm at the rt 22 greenbrook store. First you have to open all your sandwiches that you ordered cheese on because its left off alot. We ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuit that was ok 2 med order of fries that was ok mango smoothie that was ok. Heres the problem we ordered an egg mcmuffin when we get home to reheat it a little its already burned to a crispI have the pictures if you want to see them. Charcoal, blowtorch catch my drift how could someone put that in a bag and sell it is beyond me. I know what it is its someone who doesn't care.

On our way home. Passing through Maryland. Stop in Harve de grace. Store 3288. Spent 40 dollars and the food was awful. Quarter pounders were like hockey pucks. They forgot the apple juice for the kids. We were back on the highway. Did not go back
