i have been on my computer all day trying to reconnect with my magicjack. I have been using it fine and then it started asking me for my PASSWORD . I can't reset or find my password. please HELP. I agree. I got absolutely no where with the online staff. They asked me for my IP address which is weird considering what i was calling about is my phone worked when you call and accept calls with it, it just did not ring out loud, the background light and caller ID would still come on when someone called, it just would not ring. i changed the voice mail setting to 1 minute in stead of 25sec, that did not help either. I used mine by wall plug in and router. The number given is for billing only.

Eventhough i enter this password, it says unvalid password.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After contacting Magic Jack to discuss my service not working was told my number as given to another person and that my service was deactivated after I paid for the service and that we must be stealing the service. After several hours with TEch support, I was give a phone number to contact MJ that is not even an existing number.
You Magic Jack company try to steel customer or what? this company does that to me every time, I Jean Pierre Mervius pay you on 03/02/2014.By July my magic jack stop working giving me h expired message. If I pay on 03/02/2014 he have to be expired at the same date.

I am very diapointed i about your so called Magicjack plus. when i paid more then one hundreds dollars to sig up. never used it,
today i tried to use it it was not magic, the system said it is expired , how ??
i paid more then $100 for what??, i never used yet,, that is very bad business.
