i am on kindle and am reading "the glory and the dream" have paid for it and reading , and it stopped down loading. help! Ed Reis : please correct this problem as soon as pussible.

My Kindle-E reader Wifi does not re-start (for no reason) and it's out of warranty. First thing i thought it's gone. Went to BigW, yes the lady up there gave me customer service website details (kindle one not BigW) she was very honest. And yes i followed instructions how to re-start (hold power button for 40 seconds, then release it) it should work for you. Hope this helps
I cannot buy Kindle products because my credit card has expired and I am unable add a new one despite following all the Amazon directions. I tried to leave a phone number but once again this failed. I have been trying to fix this situation for nearly two hours.

I am distressed because I cannot get past page 1 of my ebook on my IPad mini.....Journey to Ixtlan because I keep getting a pop up about buying more Carlos Castaneda books.....
This is not good as I am on vacation and missing restful reading time!!!! I have tried putting several books on my wish list hoping that would get me past the pop up and into chapter 1. It has not worked yet.
Please, tell me what to do!!

I am so sick of being blown off by help support when I try to get assistance to get bugs worked out. I have 2 kindle fire he's, one was received last November as a present. Well, by this November it didn't,so I applied for a new one, still being under warranty. The second one came and is in worst condition than my first one. The half of the keyboard is not visible so you can't use it at all. I was told that it was a new kindle, but the box says is refurbished. I was told it was a packing error and the kindle is new. After many times of calls, I have two kindle that barely work. NOW, I WANT TO TALK TO THE SUPERVISOR IN CHARGE WHO IS ALWAYS OUT WHEN YOU WANT TO REACH THEM! PERSONALLY, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM AMAZON AGAIN. THEY TOLD ME My COMPUTER WAS HACKED AND IT WILL COST ME 300.00 IMMEDIATELY TO FIX IT. WHEN I SAiD I HAD NO MONEY HE INSISTED I USE A Credit card. Dear customer-service I was on line with technician last night his name was Todd Kriptokrit he gave me some advice to try and get my Kindle touch to go it didn't help my Kindle is still not working and my account was changed $32 dollars I tried to talk to him an hour after his advice and kindle wanted to charge me again wasnot happy how do I get my money back from you guys
Finally I got an address. I have been trying for at least 5 weeks but couln't find anything close. I have two kindles..one is a year and a half old and the other is much more advanced and that is 1 year old. I love the Kindle with the 5 way controller model....unfortunately this Kindle went completely blank and I cant even start it up. If I push the start button the green lite comes on but then fades right out. I live in The Gambia, West Africa in a small village. I grew very fond of my no frills kindle. I am a monk and have used the kindle for religious reading and also a novel or two. To send my Kindle back to the US would cost as much as the Kindle. Please help.

i have had 2 kindle touch screens go bad, am presently using my daughters. I need to set up a new account and see if it is possible to save any of the books I never got to read. my name is frances livingood, am 70 years old, have ms and need some personal help. I just called and had a wonderful experience with them !! A customer service rep called me immediately and walked me thru the trouble shooting process and determined that it was the kindle that was defective....they are sending me a new one in 2 days !!!This is my daughter's 2nd defective kindle which has been a little annoying, but we purchased a 2 year warranty and it has been well worth the extra cost !! hopefully the 3rd one will be the charm and not defective as well!! As far as customer service goes, she was great !! I think her name was michelle!!
